Please avoid at all costs. They are super helpful and friendly until you pay , unfortunately for me I was told to pay upfront in advance. Once they had my money the attitude changed. They overcharged me, which I pointed out immediately and they said not to worry they'd refund me straight away. I'm still waiting a year later!
I am very unhappy with my results and have too many issues to list here, but the hospital are not interested. When I made complaints they blocked me.
For all their boasting about being a well established hospital NOT a clinic, they are all about the money, once they have that, they don't care whether your happy or not.

I am Mamadou, Senegalese living in Türkiye for 3 years. I have been in Cevre Hospital for healthcare. I have been well treated by Dr Ramzi Yıldız. It’s a nice experience.

Nurses do NOT speak english…. I was terribly burnt from lipo, i paid for breast lift, never got it…… definitely do ur research

No sterilization, be careful

We are from Indonesia. My son had tonsil surgery with Dr. Sumet and circumcision with Dr. Ibrahim. The service is excellent. The doctor and the staff are very professional.
And also Prof. Ozkanca gave us the excellent assistant to us, provide every thing with need for the treatment.

Everything was good personel was really nice and dr ramzi was very professional I got a person to translate because I’m a foreigner student .

DO NOT GO TO CEVRE DENT CLINIC!!! I had teeth extracted in February 2025 and 10 implants put in.
The Clinic wasn't very clean, the equipment is dated,
and other staff come in and out of the room all the time.
They use novocain but the procedures were very painful,
and my mouth hurt for weeks afterward. They also did not put in any temporary crowns so I couldn't eat solid
food for 5 months. I returned in late June and the dentists who were there earlier were gone. I later lerned
Cevre was filing for bankruptcy and hadn't paid staff for
several months. My dentist (Dr. Muhammed??) didn't wear any ID and didn't appear to know what he was doing. I was there for 10 days, having 23 crowns put on and it was the worst experience with a dentist EVER. I asked for a different dentist every day for 5 days but was ignored. I think the experienced, good dentists, left because they weren't being paid and didn't know if the Clinic would reopen. Dr. Muhammed (?) pulled 7-8 teeth in February 2025, and managed that, but he is not an oral surgeon and has no business doing implants. I'm in my 70s and every day he gave me 10 shots of novocain in the morning. By day 3 my mouth was on fire. He kept grinding away with some tool that sounded like an air hammer and, by day 4, i was getting so much novocain I could hardly breathe, or swallow. 3 hours in, I literally thought i might be dying. It was obvious to his assistant and the interpreter that I was in bad shape so he let me go out to the reception area for 30 minutes. When I came back he had more vials of novocain laid out and I told him I couldn't take any more novocain or grinding,
or drilling. I went back to my hotel and had the next day off, but the next 4 days were pure torture, even with the usual novocain. I foolishly made a video the last day because I was so relieved just to be done and the crowns looked OK. My mouth hurt for weeks. I also got a nasty oral infection and my local USA dentist found out one of my lower teeth was fractured and part of the tooth was protruding out from my gum. I had to have an oral surgeon remove the tooth ($300) but he wasn't sure he could do an implant for it because an implant done by Dr. M was inserted at an odd angle and post was too close to the fractured tooth. After taking 3D CT scans ($500) the oral surgeon thought he might be able to do
the implant. He did a bone graft ($400) and I went to his office for a final pre-implant CT & Intra-Oral scan of my lower mandible ($300) he advised me that 2 other lower front teeth appeared to be "dead." I now have to have 2 root canals + 2 crowns ($$$$) or 2 extractions + 2 bone grafts + 2 implants + 2 crowns ($$$$$)... all because of Dr. M's incompetence and no oversight from any senior dentist, although there was a lady there who appeared to be working on Turkish patients and foreign implant patients and looked more professional at least. In short, if you are American, Canadian, Australian... (I talked to patients from these countries and they couldn't believe how poorly they were treated and how bad the implants turned out) DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR CEVRE DENT CLINIC.

I did my general check up and found it great since they did the check up thoroughly. Doctors take longer time with their work to make sure they found if something is wrong with my body

Good service, and very helpfull

VERY BAD. I cannot believe it i went to this hospital 2 times.
The first time i came i wanted to consult about surgery cuz i see the reviews is good and very close to my house. Then i texted someone from this hospital and very fast response in the beginning. Then this is when it started. After the consultation they ask for deposit around 500 euro and okay i gave it. Then a month later i ask for an appoinment and i pay in advance for my surgery. But then after mu surgery nobody text me, nobody ask me how is it going or anything about mu condition after the surgery.
I was disappointed, and around 2 month approximately i feel something very hurting me. Very painful in my body (that i did the surgery) I couldn’t do my activities or breath normally.
Then i came back to the hospital then the doctor said its normal. But the thing is before i came to the hospital i was trying so hard to reach the hospital someone who talk to me in the beginning. He never reply never pick up, said busy and anything said sorry but still i am the patient and i paid for it. For sure their hospitality is really bad. I couldn’t imagine how much i paid and what i get is nor fair, they treat me like i got the treatment for free:))
Then one day he replied and ask me to come and he arrange the appointment, i came then after that he never text me again. Cuz their goals just money$))
I just take care of myself and i talk about my experience to everyone my friends absolutely cuz they also ask me how was the hospital and every cuz they wanna do the surgery also. And they did in other hospital;)
And this week i came again to this hospital cuz this is the closest one, since iam alone and i was very sick with no energy. Then everything was fine till in the emergency department. After i finish the infusion they talk about me in turkish cuz i didnt wake up from the bed I DONT UNDERSTAND and I THOUGHT I HAVE TO PRESS MY HAND AND WAIT THERE FOR 5 minutes thats what I understand cuz they told me to do so. Then all of them look at me and laughed they said why she didn’t wake up, i look at them several times cuz i am confused I dont know what to do i am waiting for the instructions. Then someone tell me in turkish “baskasi alacam oraya” then someone said “niye kalkmiyor ki” then another one said “ bilmiyorum ben soyledim ona” i was so mad. I left the hospital with a worst feeling than ever. I mean hey you could just say to me to wake up, bro im foreigner and i am trying to speak in your language and i was sick. Like how did you treat patient in that way. I am not recommending you to go to this hospital, find a better hospital.
But there are some people that i love in this hospital, the old lady idk whats her name i love the way she treats patients. And other lady who takes care of me when i was recovering after the surgery:))
And one thing, the first time i came for aesthetic surgery, to be honest the result is far away from my expectations;))) but i didnt say anything cuz i know they will not do anything either except i pay again;))) and 3 month after the surgery after all the pain ive been face, everything is gone:) back to normal:) how nice, maybe just because my body or idk cannot say anything cuz im not an expert in this. I regretted that i did the surgery here, like stupid me why I didn’t do it better hospital;))

Hospiral coordinator accept me when O arrived to hospital. O will ve very happy.student in accomodation also take treatment in cevre hospital. You feel that you are in safe hands.conregulation all person.

We came from the US to Istanbul and my brother had surgery here. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the hospital staff especially Ismet and Professor Resit Ozkanca were wonderful. Thanks to all the sweet nurses
