VERY BAD. I cannot believe it i went to this hospital 2 times.
The first time i came i wanted to consult about surgery cuz i see the reviews is good and very close to my house. Then i texted someone from this hospital and very fast response in the beginning. Then this is when it started. After the consultation they ask for deposit around 500 euro and okay i gave it. Then a month later i ask for an appoinment and i pay in advance for my surgery. But then after mu surgery nobody text me, nobody ask me how is it going or anything about mu condition after the surgery.
I was disappointed, and around 2 month approximately i feel something very hurting me. Very painful in my body (that i did the surgery) I couldn’t do my activities or breath normally.
Then i came back to the hospital then the doctor said its normal. But the thing is before i came to the hospital i was trying so hard to reach the hospital someone who talk to me in the beginning. He never reply never pick up, said busy and anything said sorry but still i am the patient and i paid for it. For sure their hospitality is really bad. I couldn’t imagine how much i paid and what i get is nor fair, they treat me like i got the treatment for free:))
Then one day he replied and ask me to come and he arrange the appointment, i came then after that he never text me again. Cuz their goals just money$))
I just take care of myself and i talk about my experience to everyone my friends absolutely cuz they also ask me how was the hospital and every cuz they wanna do the surgery also. And they did in other hospital;)
And this week i came again to this hospital cuz this is the closest one, since iam alone and i was very sick with no energy. Then everything was fine till in the emergency department. After i finish the infusion they talk about me in turkish cuz i didnt wake up from the bed I DONT UNDERSTAND and I THOUGHT I HAVE TO PRESS MY HAND AND WAIT THERE FOR 5 minutes thats what I understand cuz they told me to do so. Then all of them look at me and laughed they said why she didn’t wake up, i look at them several times cuz i am confused I dont know what to do i am waiting for the instructions. Then someone tell me in turkish “baskasi alacam oraya” then someone said “niye kalkmiyor ki” then another one said “ bilmiyorum ben soyledim ona” i was so mad. I left the hospital with a worst feeling than ever. I mean hey you could just say to me to wake up, bro im foreigner and i am trying to speak in your language and i was sick. Like how did you treat patient in that way. I am not recommending you to go to this hospital, find a better hospital.
But there are some people that i love in this hospital, the old lady idk whats her name i love the way she treats patients. And other lady who takes care of me when i was recovering after the surgery:))
And one thing, the first time i came for aesthetic surgery, to be honest the result is far away from my expectations;))) but i didnt say anything cuz i know they will not do anything either except i pay again;))) and 3 month after the surgery after all the pain ive been face, everything is gone:) back to normal:) how nice, maybe just because my body or idk cannot say anything cuz im not an expert in this. I regretted that i did the surgery here, like stupid me why I didn’t do it better hospital;))

Hospiral coordinator accept me when O arrived to hospital. O will ve very happy.student in accomodation also take treatment in cevre hospital. You feel that you are in safe hands.conregulation all person.

We came from the US to Istanbul and my brother had surgery here. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the hospital staff especially Ismet and Professor Resit Ozkanca were wonderful. Thanks to all the sweet nurses

I strongly warn everyone to avoid Cevre Hospital in Istanbul. This hospital is untrustworthy, deceptive, and unprofessional. Our experience has been a nightmare from start to finish, traumatic, dishonest, and financially damaging.
My husband and I paid 100% upfront on 31 January 2025 for a package of three services: breast augmentation, hair transplant, dental treatment. A few weeks after payment, but well before our arrival, we cancelled the dental treatment, informed our coordinator, and requested a refund. We were clearly told that the refund would be processed once we arrived for the remaining procedures. What happened next was shocking. We arrived at the Cevre Hospital on 1st September 2025. From the moment we arrived, the problems started. We were placed in a hospital room with a broken bed and sleeping on that was simply impossible. Despite being exhausted after a long international flight and preparing for surgery the next morning, we spent half the night arguing on the phone with their translator, who said they could not change the broken bed or change our room even though 3 rooms next to us were empty. This was inhumane, disrespectful, and unacceptable for a medical facility. At that moment, we already wanted to cancel everything and leave — but we still hoped for professionalism. The next morning, it turned out the hospital staff did not even know that hair transplant treatment was included in our paid package. This showed complete lack of coordination and management. My husband's hair transplant was not even done by Cevre Hospital but by a 3rd party and he was satisfied with their service.

The day of surgery we again reminded the hospital about the refund for the cancelled dental treatment and on 5th September 2025 visited the financial department with their translator. We provided proof of payment, the official hospital offer with prices for each procedure, and all requested documentation. The staff member scanned everything, partially completed their refund form, and clearly stated that the refund would be processed within 2 days. On the day of departure home (on 9 September), we followed up — again we were told “in a few more days”. It has now been over 3 months since our hospital visit and almost a year since the original payment, yet no refund has been issued. The outstanding amount is 5395.74 AUD. No refund, No communication. All our attempts to contact the hospital since then have been completely ignored.

On top of the financial fraud : The breast augmentation surgery itself is unsatisfactory. The surgeon clearly did not understand or follow my wishes. The breast is slightly increased in size, but the volume that I asked and focused attention on is absolutely absent. I’m very upset with the result of the surgery. Also, I did not receive any post-operative recommendations from the doctor, No structured post-op care instructions, No promised post-operative support, No follow-up communication.

How is it possible that such a dishonest institution is allowed to operate within a healthcare system? Why has this hospital not been investigated or had its license reviewed?

They take full payments, make false promises, and deliver poor surgical results without any post-operative support. We are not the only patients who have suffered from Cevre Hospital and this is not a random error, this is systemic behavior, this is a criminal!

If you value your health, safety, and finances — avoid Cevre Hospital at all costs. Trusting them risks receiving unsafe, unacceptable medical outcomes and losing large sums of money.

I had my gallbladder removed because of gallstones. My surgeon Dr Hakan Evrüke is an expert in this and he guided me very well throughout the process, from diagnosis until operation and post-operation care. He made sure no question remained unanswered. All the staff in the hospital are very nice and ready to help as much as they can.

They will tell you I wasn’t a patient but I stayed here and the receptionist pushed his luck!! Tried to scam me out of £400 when I contacted the receptiom for the email to complain to protect British patients they called me derogatory names. You can find me on social media Grace Anderson for proof. I am in the process of legal action. Frauds

I had breast reduction and breast lift surgery at Çevre Hospital yesterday. I was undecided for a long time, but finally I had the courage and had it done. I will be discharged today. Until this moment, my doctor is Ali Cem Oktay, the assistant Şükriye Hanım who was the intermediary, and all the staff from nurses to caregivers are very caring, understanding and polite. It was easy for me to decide because I heard very positive comments about my doctor, Ali Cem Bey. I have not had any problems until this process. I hope the future goes as I want. I thank all of them, especially Ali Cem Bey.

Dr.Hakan Evruke did my hemoroid operation. This hospital is like my family. Dr.Hakan Evruke has experience almost 35 years. I relay on him. All the personel especially ismet ve others very helpfull. Shortly I releaf my 20 years problem which was very painfull, now I have not have any problem at all.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I went for an FUE procedure and they arranged rides to and from the airport as well as the hotel stay. They provided translators even though some of the staff spoke English. After the procedure, the staff was very concerned with aftercare and provided additional medication (on top of the typical medication) when I needed it. I haven't seen my final results yet, but the initial results are looking promising.

I strongly believe I’ve been scammed by this institution. Please take a moment to read the other Google Reviews — I’m clearly not the only one. There’s a visible pattern of poor communication, broken promises, and questionable financial practices.

I’ve been trying for almost a year to resolve things in good faith, but it’s impossible to get through to anyone. Every attempt ends in silence, confusion, or new charges that make no sense.

Be very careful before dealing with this place. I wish I had paid more attention to the warning signs in the reviews.

I had a gastric sleeve operation in çevre hospital . Dr. Hakan Evtuke did my operation who is a good doctor, and experience. They are very hostile, nurses, room service and other personel are grate. Thanks to everybody in çevre hospital.

I read my fit to fly certificate went to see A ENT in the UK and they said they’ve kept my “L” shape which has made my nose appear way more crooked. My nasal valve has collapsed in completely. The surgeon was Dr Duran. He also blocked me on Instagram etc prior to this as I told him I was unsatisfied with my surgery. Any professional plastic surgeon would at least take some accountability and apologise. There was no apology whatsoever. The excuses were “it looks great” it’s an absolute sh** show! I look like a parrot gone wrong. Leo is the worst coordinator is the biggest liar in instanbul. Don’t trust them with your life. Especially surgery on your face. Now they’ve blocked me after me going on how unhappy I am with my surgery. I want to warn everyone don’t touch this hospital with a 10 foot barge pole. I even had to fake my name on here as I’m too ashamed for people to know that I was botched. I’m now on antidepressants because of all of this.

If you want to get botched Cevre is the place to go. Had a rhinoplasty done. They botched me up. I’m a year post op. It’s curved and crooked they refused to do a revision and said there is nothing they can do about it. They even blocked me after I’ve gone on at them for months that it’s not right. No accountability was held so I’m hopefully in the process to try and get legal action. Because the surgery was the complete opposite to what I actually asked for. The coordinator even admitted about a language barrier being a problem. Yet apparently the translators were “spot on” English speaking translators. Yet clearly they wasn’t. I even sent photos of what I wanted for my nose to be and they gave me the complete opposite. It’s now left me out of work for my old modelling career. I’ve now gone into a massive depression. Definitely avoid this hospital. If anything it needs to be shut down. I even heard through the grapevine that their surgeon certifications are also FAKE!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alicem and the entire team at Cevre hospital From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Alicem was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
The hospital itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. The nurses especially mr Ismet and support staff were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated the level of care I received it made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
I highly recommend Dr. Alicem and to anyone looking for quality medical care. Thank you for your outstanding service
