The hospitality, the friendlyness and welcoming of the staff is wonderful. There is some lack of communication which puts one in a slight worry but overall a great experience. Dr Ali Oktye has done an amazing job even though the results are yet to be seen Yasser, Hamza, Mohammed were all very helpful. Thank you to Yasser for organising this package. He tried his best to make it go smoothly. I would recommend this hospital!

Highly recommend this hospital and services. Travelled from uk to turkey alone, but all the staff have made me feel welcome and supported, which has made me less nervous. The hospital manager, even visited me in my room to check i was ok. Very clean and modern facilities.

Great service
From the moment I had my first contact with Hassan Salhat, the consultant who responded to my first email and later informed me about the procedure, timing, hotel accommodation, the person who will pick me up at my arrival at the airport until the moment I left the city, including the total cost for the surgery, my experience with the personnel from Cevre was great.
Mr. Engin was waiting for me at the airport and took me directly to the hotel and told me he will pick me up next morning. He was in the lobby hotel about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and took me directly to the clinic.
The registration went pretty smooth, then the blood tests came a few hour later and around 12:00 I was in surgery.
Everything went as discussed, and at 20:00 I was back at the hotel.
Dr. Dondu Yildiz and her colleagues did everything in a professional matter, discussing with me during the procedure and answering all questions I had.
Next day I was back at the clinic for the bandage removal and first hair wash - did I mentioned I had a hair transplant? - and a few hours later I was back at the hotel (Tryp by Wyndham).
Departure was set for next morning at 04:15 and of course Mr. Engin was at the hotel at 04:10 to pick me up.
While everything looks good for now - no pain, no issues so far - , I look forward to the next couple of weeks and months to see the evolution of the transplant.
Thank you again all the doctors, nurses and personnel at Cevre.

I don’t want to say a lot but really thank you Cevre and whole medical staff, I have liposuction and my fat has been dissolved by Dr Cem who was really professional and great .
