We are very sorry for the delay in receiving your order and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding the dates printed on the back of your photos, we use multiple machines in our production process. Some of these machines automatically print the date on the reverse side of the photos, while others do not. Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to control or guarantee, and we cannot assign a specific machine for an individual order.
I sincerely apologise for any distress or disappointment this has caused. We understand how important consistency can be, and your feedback is very valuable to us as we continue to review and improve our processes.
