We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service.
We sincerely apologise for any distress caused by one of our printing machines being temporarily out of order in our UK lab. We have been working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we redirected our orders to our partner lab so they could be produced there and shipped back to us, although we understand that the situation is far from ideal.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are issuing a full refund for your order. I am pleased to confirm that it has now been handed to our couriers and is making its way to you, so you should receive it very soon.
Although your order is on the way, we understand that this situation has caused upset and for that we are very sorry. We appreciate your feedback, as it is important to us and helps us improve our service to prevent situations like this from happening again.

I ordered a good number of photos from CEWE, old and new, as a surprise for my parents. The photo quality is fantastic bright, clear, and full of life and the prints arrived even earlier than expected. Everything was perfectly packaged and handled with care.
