Totally awesome

I love how the program is changing my eating habits. I'm getting leaner and meaner in the good sense of the word :) I feel better overall and more energetic. Even though I'm naturally shy, I feel like my self-confidence is improving every day. I've started to live a better life with new healthy interests. If you're unsure about starting, just do it!!! I regret being hesitant and not starting earlier :) Fabien (the coach) follows up in a professional manner, and he helped me with a special lower-back issue, which was super concerned about. Turns out it's a non-issue if you work with a pro like Fabien!
