I paid for 1-2 days delivery as it was a birthday gift, it was delivered on the 5th day. It was meant to be signed for but was put through the door.
I called and was told at least you have it now, totally missing the point!

After my first experience besides the slow royal mail delivery which is standard these days lol, i was so pleased with the quality i came straight back when we decided to treat our self's to another piece of jewelry and was happy with the communication i received from Jimmy Kane almost immediately explaining that one item wasn't in stock for another 3 days and they could refund if i couldn't wait i opted to wait and got confirmation of postage on the day they said and the items arrived 2 days later with upgraded delivery due to the wait, since this order i have actually placed another order and am awaiting that delivery too but have no concerns or worry's would recommend this business 1000% percent and is now my go too shop for any jewelry i need for any occasion.
