3 years I’ve unfortunately been placing orders here and 3 years of disappointment
, I placed an order on Tuesday 2nd may for school uniform, after the past 2 years of store collection issues I decided to do a school drop off option they offer. This was a trial to let other parents know if better. I received order confirmation and it stated it would take 7 working days to dispatch. I rung the shop today Tuesday 26th may after 0 communication, to find it was there and they don’t how long it’s been there. I told her I have received no emails since purchasing and I asked simple questions of why, to be told various excuses (lies in my opinion) stock issue, bank holiday (even though I ordered after the bank holiday) I then stated I would collect to resolve this, when I arrived I asked again simply what size was the issue so I could let other parents know to be told she didn’t know, also many more ‘excuses’ one of concern is, a order wouldn’t be done until a certain amount ££ is ordered, so if you place a small order you possibly wait longer, which isn’t stated anywhere on their website. ‘Reasons continued’ they don’t have a driver every week, also they aren’t busy yet so July August might be better to order then, collection is best but oh they do offer school, and recommend to email ring constantly because everybody’s got time for that haven’t we. I didn’t receive any communication of any delay, or ‘reason’ why my order was just sitting there. I order the bare basics from this company and out source the rest. If like me you have to order, chase it constantly and you might get it the timeframe stated in the confirmation or actually just told the truth. If you can avoid i honestly would just for the unknowns and chasing, if I was told the truth of “we messed up, so sorry” we can move on but to be lied to with multiple reasons and treated as dumb not even a apology for inconvenience is the reason why I’m writing this to warns others.

Hi Vicky thank you for your review but disappointing to read what you have written. Apologies that you didn't receive your order within the timescale you would of expected and no communication regarding your order, there was one item out of stock so we was waiting for this to arrive with us otherwise the order would of been delivered within that week. With regards to order being delivered to school this is a free of charge option, hence we only deliver to schools when we are passing the school/in the area and we wouldn't of delivered half an order either. We also don't have a driver that delivers every day so again this has a knock on to deliveries being made. These aren't excuses either just telling you that sometimes orders can take longer to be completed due to stock issues etc. Through the winter months yes we don't hold all sizes in all garments. We haven't treated you as dumb or lied to you as you have stated so to say that is very much defamation, libel and slander!

Fantastic service & embroidery my order came within few weeks due to Christmas, updated on shipping.
Arrived and it looks great and I love the fact I got a free pen us nhs workers love a pen :)

I have always had a good customer care…
I have always had a good customer care experience with the Uniform factory in Liverpool.
When my daughters uniforms were accidentally sent to the wrong address, due to an input error on my side. Erica at the uniform factory communicated with me on the telephone a few times that day, detailing the events of how she was trying to solve the issue to ensure the uniform was delivered in a timely fashion. Erica went above and beyond and displayed the highest level of customer care and demonstrated her meticulous people skills. Erica is a credit to the team at the " Uniform factory" thank you very much...only a day late for school start, but that was the very best result.

I did want the fleece material to wear indoors but I’m a small fry and couldn’t see a size to fit me. Will keep checking in case yous get stock like that in for a future purchase.
