Your order has been dispatched and waiting at your local Royal Mail depot to be picked up. Royal Mail had tried to deliver twice but without success on the 26th & 27th March. My advise is for you to go to your local depot as a matter of urgency to collect or it will get sent back to us

Honestly really cosy and comfortable, nice to wear on the ward when it gets cold 🥶 if I do the jacket up the patients still like that they can see my name 🙂 and thank you for pen too! It's much appreciated 🤩 there was a bit of a delay due to my size not being available at the time, but the lady who spoke with me etc. Was extremely lovely, friendly, and professional. Great quality!
The fleece looks very smart and I like the fact the logo and lettering is embroidered rather than printed. It’s also got 2 handy hidden pockets too.

Thank you for your review. It states on our website that orders placed after 9th December would not be sent out before our Christmas closure which was on the 23rd December. There is also a notice on our website stating we closed on the 23rd and were re-opening today and that no orders would be processed or embroidered during this period. Due to this closure we have not been able to send out your order. An automatic email confirmation is sent once your place an order but this may have gone into your junk mail. As you have also not contacted us by email to query where your order is, we have not been able to correspond with you about the order. Based on your order date, your order should be sent out by the end of next week!
