Ok but not Ace
Most of the problem was with delay from the supplier but it would have been helpful if Chainspeed had chased it up. I had to get involved to get it sorted. Once it arrived there were no assembly instructions though they were sent through once I queried it
Pleasant, helpful and efficient service.
Visited in person to choose a helmet to use for a Hill Climb event. Polite, personal service, and after selection the helmet was ordered and arrived the next day. A very pleasant experience.

Ordered a set of riser bars for the Hyabusa. Chainspeed rang me the same day to tell me they where on back order and I could have a refund or wait.
4 weeks later they where despatched. Several abortive attempts at delivery did not give a very impressive customer experience BUT eventually a very nice lady driver delivered them to fit in with my availability
Just about to install them so we can see if they fit.
So, looks like a good product, customer experience with Chainspeed very good, with courier not so good.

Absolutely brilliant service and competitive. Managed to get parts to me 8am next day, which I ordered at 2pm!
ordered some bar risers for BMW r1200rs…
ordered some bar risers for BMW r1200rs through the website, i received an invoice for the item, all good. I received an email the next day to say that my order had been changed to order received.
i rang the shop and they told me that they were having delivery issues and it would be 3 weeks before my item arrived. i took that and waited the 3 weeks.
3 weeks went by, i had not received any updates in this time so rang again, they told me that they would ring me back in 15 mins to update me.
45 mins later as no one rang me, i rang the shop again, explaining what had happened, they said they would update me, next thing i know im receiving a refund, poor service.

Price match pricing. Excellent honest advice, dispatched when they promised with a fast delivery service. Technical support when I configured my Denali’s incorrectly was superb. Product knowledge, experience with same issue and follow-up to check the fix worked. Cannot thank them enough.
Outstanding Service
I placed an order at 845am and unbelievably it was delivered less than an hour later. Apparently there was a driver going my way and they managed to load my order before he left.

I wanted to upgrade our Autocom kit but didn’t want to go Bluetooth as wanted Mrs on the back to hear Zumo instructions aswell. We were advised by Thomas of Chainspeed and ended up with upgraded helmet ear phones with open face mike. We didn’t like the coiled extension lead from helmet to power on bike, again Thomas came up to the mark and made us upgraded and stronger connections extension leads.
We used our Zumo and Autocom equipment in New Foest a couple of weeks ago and superb… much better sound from Zumo and for our music 🎶 through the Zumo on sd card. We were guided by Thomas of Chainspeed and we are both very happy with his advise. Cheers 🎶🎶💨💨 Chainspeed & Thomas👍
