Free next day delivery a lie!
Ordered sashes which came to over £50 which qualified them for next day delivery. When they didn't arrive and I contacted you I was told that the qualifying spend had increased to over £100. These details had not been updated on your website, you agreed to refund which I have not yet received. My business lost money due to having to hire sashes at more than double the price and caused me anxiety and stress as I needed them for a wedding for 150 people and I was let down by your company.

Only negative comment would be delivered in separate boxes one to house address and other to a shop 3.2 miles away . Didn’t have any proof of delivery so bit of an issue when eventually tracking parcel down. Apart from that 10/10 for every thing else

Quality exceeded expectation and the colour of the chair sashes was true to that depicted. They were longer than expected so a really nice size bow could be made. Exceptional values for money, they arrived quickly and well packed, once package creases (which were minimal) were ironed out they remained crease free in transit to venue. Highly recommend and will purchase further items as these are reusable.

Awful experience
Awful experience, do not recommend.
I was send the wrong items. (which were cheaper then the items I ordered by the way)
Repeatedly sent emails with no reply.
In one email I even offered to pay for the wrong items they sent but still no reply. I think the email address is one this company doesn’t even look at.
