One of my favourite features is the ability to quickly create worksheets, quizzes, and short assessments that reinforce learning and help teachers check students' understanding of the content. These features also make assessment and grading more manageable.

It makes PPT's and worksheets in minutes, in what normally takes 2 hours or more.

I'm an online tutor with a PhD in the subject I teach. I mention that because I can see that Chalkie is an excellent AI resource that provides well-focused lesson aids like slides and activity sheets.

I don't teach groups, yet I can see how useful Chalkie would be in the classroom. I teach students from primary school to PhD level, and while I wouldn't use Chalkie for my tertiary students, I certainly recommend it for primary and secondary teachers and tutors.

I've built over fifty lessons on Chalkie in just over a week. I haven't used every lesson I've built, as I've been learning how to use the platform (it's easy and quick), but I have used it extensively in my online lessons and found it incredibly effective for teaching primary and secondary students.

It is also the fastest tool I've used so far. Set the parameters, sit back with a cuppa, and watch the slides populate with text and images in a matter of seconds (make that coffee before you hit "Generate" or you'll miss it!).

The slides are easy to edit manually -- or you can ask the Chalkie assistant to do it. Instructions like "create images of the narrative with blank speech bubbles for the student to complete, and generate these every three slides" (i.e., across 25 slides) will turn the story you want the student to elaborate into a graphic novel so they can imagine what happens more readily through the practice of verbalising dialogue. "What do you think he says when he sees the dragon?" will get young students talking. It's great for very young children and for those students who find it hard to connect with written narratives.

I love it. It's fun. It puts the joy back into prepping for teaching. It's great because it's so easy to build slides and activity sheets. You can even prep while teaching (just preset the template for the cohort and you can add a quick command to edit the lesson or create a new one without losing a beat). That's especially handy for those times when the lesson falls flat and you need to pivot quickly.

I highly recommend it.

We really love using Chalkie! It’s super fast, and having a dedicated video for every lesson makes teaching and planning so much easier.

As a feature suggestion, I’d love to see even more theme options, or even the ability for users to customize themes themselves. With Halloween right around the corner, having more seasonal themes added would be awesome. Highly recommend!

As a special education teacher in a self-contained classroom, I absolutely love using Chalkie AI! ❤️ One of my favorite features is the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with a wide range of abilities. Creating worksheets is quick and easy, and I especially love being able to create engaging presentation lessons and pair them with coordinating worksheets. There are so many helpful features, including the option to align lessons with educational standards. Chalkie AI is a great time saver for busy teachers. I use it to generate a baseline series of lessons for my subjects. From there I can export and edit as I choose.

I teach in an international school that offers the Cambridge syllabus and I find the English level is sometimes too high for ESL students.

Diagrams and labels can be generated incorrectly too, so always double check and edit if necessary.

Wonderful resource, easy to use and a great mixture of information and visuals for PPT's. The best and easiest resource on the market presently.

I'm a Teacher Aide/Learning Support Officer working in a high school with Diverse Learners and high needs students. I have found Chalkie AI an invaluable tool. Especially because some of our students with intellectual disability who are in classes learning complex topics in science, humanities and English; I am able to use Chalkie to modify these topics to a year 2 level, which I have struggled to do using other sites. Chalkie also offers a variety of activity sheets to accompany which are made specifically to align with the lesson.

Creates fantastic student friendly slides decks for students with learning needs. Adds relevant videos and audio to the content. Simple and user friendly!

Chalkie is just so easy to use, uses a great base of resources, produces what you ask for, you can download it to word if you wish to adjust or add something. My students have started to look forward to what I will whip out of bag next!
