I was once opposed to using AI. Once.

Chalkie has become my teaching assistant, and it has transformed the way I prepare for my English classroom. I am still the teacher, directing every learning objective and determining the methods of instruction. Chalkie is my assistant, helping me bring those lessons to life through engaging visual presentations and thoughtfully designed worksheets that reinforce my teaching.

Time is always of the essence in the English classroom, and Chalkie has given me back something invaluable: time. I can now devote more attention to working one-on-one with my students, grading, planning, and engaging more fully in the life of my school.

I've tried a wide range of AI tools for creating teaching resources, and Chalkie AI has quickly become the one I rely on most. Simply put, it is the best tool I've found for saving time while still producing high-quality, professional-looking resources.

What stands out immediately is how quickly Chalkie can take an idea and turn it into a polished lesson resource. Whether I'm creating presentations, worksheets, quizzes, reading activities, or revision materials, it significantly reduces the amount of time I spend formatting and designing. Instead of starting from a blank page, I can focus on refining content and adapting resources for my students.

One of Chalkie's biggest strengths is the quality of its slide design. The presentations it generates are visually appealing, well-organised, and classroom-ready. The layouts, graphics, and overall aesthetic often look as though they've been created by a professional designer rather than an AI tool. This is particularly valuable when creating engaging lessons for students who respond well to visual learning.

For me, the standout feature is its Google Suite integration. Exporting resources directly into Google Slides and Google Docs is incredibly simple and removes a major friction point that exists with many other AI tools. Rather than downloading files, converting formats, or rebuilding presentations, I can move straight into editing and sharing resources within my existing workflow. As a teacher who uses Google Workspace daily, this seamless integration makes a huge difference.

I've also found the platform intuitive and easy to use. The learning curve is minimal, and I was able to start producing useful resources almost immediately. Many AI tools offer impressive outputs but require a lot of tweaking to get them classroom-ready. Chalkie strikes a good balance between automation and customisation, allowing me to create resources quickly without sacrificing quality.

Chalkie has made my work so much quicker by helping me turn my ideas into structured lessons. It has made it easier to develop and organise my lessons, and the best part is it has a feature to align with a curriculum of your choice.
The team is doing well by creating a platform that helps teachers bring their ideas to life. They are also open to feedback and clearly focused on improving the experience for teachers. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the platform and the potential to use it for creating structured courses and resources.

Chalkie has made it so easy for me to make the types of lesson plans, activity pages, and workbooks that I have always wanted to make for my students! I am able to change or add things if I see something missing. It is so wonderful to be able to truly make something that I know will hit each of my students' different skill levels!

Chalkie.AI is an absolute game changer. Presenting it to staff four days ago and as a staff of 20 teachers we have saved over 800 hours of work already. The ease, alignment, professionalism and ease of using Chalkie makes it a no brainer. The best feature for us is that the AI will follow our instructions exactly, importing lesson plans that we have already written, the slides follow the lesson sequence perfectly and fill in the gaps only when it is logical. Since signing up a week ago, we are noticing more and more new features which are all contributing to an incredibly valuable tool. We are very happy with our choice of using Chalkie for high quality resource creation.

This site is so easy to use, it’s so quick and easy to whip up lessons about literally anything in a flash and they look fun and engaging for learners! The follow up worksheets are also great! It takes away so much of the cognitive overload teachers experience every day when trying to plan a range of lessons on a range of topics every week! Thank you Chalkie!!

Chalkie has changed my teaching. I love that it can create specific assignments or task that are directed at my students. Not all students learn the same and Chalkie does a great job of differentiating instruction. The slides are interactive, can be changed as needed and generated in seconds. Instead of searching the internet for tools and resources, this is the first place I go to teach a lesson. The user experience and quality are premium. I will be forever grateful that I have found this resources and how I can use it to improve my students learning!

Chalkie has been a useful tool for planning and creating Computing lessons. It helps generate lesson content and activities efficiently, saving time during the planning process. I particularly value its flexibility for adapting resources to specific year groups and curriculum objectives. With further improvements to template consistency, completeness of lesson activities and the alignment of worksheets with presentations, it could become an even more valuable tool for teachers.

This is such a great teacher resource. The fact that it aligns to the curriculum, gives objectives, and activities takes so much pressure off lesson preparation. Highly recommend.

It has really helped me create worksheets and quickly find videos for my Spanish classes; being able to prepare worksheets and presentations in Spanish has been incredible.

Easy to use, lightened work load, created to resources.

Chalkie has been such a fabulous AI driven resource creator. It has created excellent Rosenshine lessons with interactive AfL activities. The themes and videos with the AI generated voice tasks has created another level of imagination and real life context. The chatbot facility is almost like talking to a human and amending the resource slides or worksheets. What used to take me hours is done within 20 minutes. I am super impressed.

Fast response, deliverables, and high quality; modular design; convenient service. What I would improve: more design flexibility, extensions, and greater specificity for higher education. AI can sometimes make mistakes, so it needs more accurate, credible sources. In general, well done. Thank you

An excellent tool for primary school teachers!

As a primary school teacher from Bulgaria, I absolutely love using Chalkie! It has made lesson preparation so much easier and faster, giving me more time to focus on what matters most — creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for my pupils.

I have created over 50 lessons using Chalkie, and I’m genuinely impressed by how easy it is to create attractive presentations, interactive activities and tasks tailored to my pupils’ age, abilities and learning needs. It inspires me with new ideas and helps me bring more creativity and variety into my classroom.

The generated content is usually very well suited to my needs, and only occasionally do I need to make small adjustments before using it in class. This makes Chalkie a reliable and valuable part of my teaching toolkit.

Easy program to navigate and it's really handy with aligning to the Australian Curriculum. Images are obviously AI, so with the older primary years they pick up on it (key is to create lessons early and then swap images, or if time the chat bot does it for you).
My favourite part of chalkie is the worksheets/ creation of assessment tasks. They look good, use simple language and answers are provided along with it immediately.

Chalked is a user-friendly platform that eases the workload of busy teachers. The layouts and prompts are very helpful. I particularly like the differentiation options. Highly recommend this platform for powerpoints, Activity sheets and much more.

This is absolutely amazing! Saves lots of time and produces fantastic images. I love the fact that you can make AI edits to pages of the presentations and you can also create differentiated worksheets to match the lesson. Just keep asking it to change things until you are happy. The lessons are so engaging for my pupils.

Chalkie has continued to improve its services. I was impressed with their slide deck creation tool which was better aligned to UK exam boards than other US centric services. I was able to use the existing schemes of work from exam boards to create effective and engaging presentations for my students. Now you can create a variety of worksheets and even workbooks off those same resources.

I am really enjoying learning how to use Chalkie and where it can help me in my lesson planning. I have been able to create outlines of my curriculum and slides to coordinate with my lessons. They offer flexiblity in the presentation and are engaging for the students.
I have also been able to create decodable stories for my children to read and chalkie has helped create some questions to check my students comprehension.

I cannot recommend Chalkie AI highly enough. As a busy teacher, finding high-quality resources that save time without compromising on standards can be challenging, but Chalkie AI has exceeded all my expectations.
