challengecoinsltd.com Reviews

They always have had great customer friendly service

Awesome service and awesome experience!

I am a repeat customer. You always make reordering so simple. Thanks for the ease of ordering and for putting out a quality challenge coin!

Beautiful coins, quick response from designer, reasonable cost, recipients love them.

Fast responses. High quality coins.

Great customer service, very polite and awesome products. thank you

Excellent excellent excellent design modifications and edits. Very professional. I loved watching my idea come to reality. The *only* negative experience is that the final "submit" button when placing an order is not visible unless the user is in the last box and hits "tab". I tried two times before I could place my order.

The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful. They obviously keep excellent records and knew exactly what I was talking about when referring to a previous order. Answered all my questions and were prompt with a new quote.

Always great working with ChallengeCoinsLTD! Even submitting abstract ideas, the design team always turns them into great looking coins!

Efficient and very helpful!

They designed my coin perfectly and I am pleased with the result. Michele was very nice during the entire process.

My call this morning was answered promptly - which is rare these days! Michele was a champion, finding our organization's past order (2019!) that we wanted to duplicate, as it had been handled by former board members and I literally had very little information to provide her to find it. The pre-order proof and information email correspondence was sent immediately and the resulting order was placed with no difficulty! We were quite behind on getting this reorder completed, but Michele got it done and ensured we have a fighting chance to receive our challenge coins in the timeframe we wanted them. I couldn't ask for a better ordering experience!

The company was very quick on their turn around time for the proof and was exactly what I asked for.

Thanks to your great customer service and exceeding our expectations of design quality, we doubled what we initially planned on ordering! We appreciate you (even more than we did on our first order of a different, great product)!

The process was easy and smooth. The artwork was exactly how I asked and looks great! Highly recommend doing business with them. I’m also a repeat customer.

The team was helpful and responsive to my needs and edits. Everything was done very quickly. Will definitely be a return customer.

Always very easy to navigate the creative process with and proofs are returned quickly. A pleasure ot deal with and why I keep coming back.

We have ordered from Challenge Coins, LTD in the past and it has always been a great experience. They always answer promptly and always answer every question without fail. The coins that are created are always amazing. This year we redesigned the coin and without fail it was a quick and accurate response. Thank you Challenge Coins and thank you to the great team that you have there!
