We have been hiring a portable toilet from yourselves for over 3 months whilst carrying out a big home extension which has just finished. I feel impelled to email you and let you know that the whole experience and customer service you have provided has been impeccable. You are the cheapest I found, I rang 5 other companies, but the service has been 5 star. From the weekly cleaning services of the toilet, the weekly top up’s of soap and toilet rolls, to the customer service and contact throughout.
It’s sad, but in this world you nowadays expect to phone a company and not get through, or be held in a queue for ages and when someone finally picks up they are unhelpful. Also to not always receive what’s been promised to you.
Challenger Site Services you have everything covered and more, what an amazing, seamless, family run business, it actually makes me want to work for you myself!

My experience with this company over time, has been exemplary. From the second the phone is answered to the on site customer service, they are friendly, engaging, professional, polite and extremely helpful. I recently dealt with Cheryl in the office regarding my most recent order and we faced a few problems with payment (a visa issue) she was superb. Thank you Challenger for always being awesome.

Ashley Hill comes once a week to our business, what a lovely young guy he is. Always polite and courteous, gets on with his job but always an 'hello' and bye!!

Excellent and consistent company. Services were always well timed with our site restrictions.

Communication for bookings etc. always a breeze, would use again for certain.

Used a toilet provided by challenger at an event and they were exceptionally clean and well stocked.
Furthermore, I lost my ring down the side of the toilet and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it and then personally deliver it back to my address.

We have used Challenger site services on our building/construction sites for many years now and have always found the staff to be extremely professional. The team at the office are very good at handling all of our requirements, and always offer a prompt and reliable service.

Their staff are friendly but the guys that come out to service and clean the toilets change weekly. When they forget to change the water and you call the office, explaining that the hand wash has gone stagnant and stinks, they always say “oh, it’s a different driver on that run this week” and they’re very apologetic. Equally, when the blue chemical flush liquid doesn’t get changed properly and the toilet is being flushed using other people’s p**s, the same excuse is used. This happened 3 times in 4 months of using their service

Timely Service!

Ordered a toilet first thing in the morning and by 09:00 it was sat on my drive. Big thank you to Ronnie, Wayne and Nicola for the excellent and timely service.

The easiest company to deal with, can never do enough to assist and get you out of an emergency. Truly recommend them for any effluent tank empties or welfare/toilet servicing.

We had a portaloo for our garden party delivered from this amazing company it came immaculately clean with hand wash toilet rolls & perfume in and the lovely lady Cheryl was so friendly and helpful & lovely to speak too I would highly recommend this company I think our toilet number was 771 ??

We hired a portable toilet from Challenger for a garden party. The customer service was excellent from the enquiry stage all the way through to the delivery and collection with the driver equally as professional as the office staff. The standard of toilet was excellent with both toilet paper and hand sanitizer provided. Would not hesitate to use this company again
