Same story as others on here. Lied to me about my coverage and kept my money in the form of "cancellation fee". Avoiding all contact with their customers trying to fight back.

SCAM. Bought policy. Filed several claims. Nothing paid. FRAUD. Took my money but don't pay benefits.

I hate to give reviews with a bad rating. Because, businesses like people have bad days. I canceled my subscription with Champion car warranty and have yet to receive my refund. I have made several phone calls and have been placed on hold to only have my call disconnected after having a recorded message tell me I was one or two in the queue. The reason I cancelled my subscription was because my repair was turned down by champion so I had no other choice but to purchase a new car. I was told that all repairs would be covered after I made a full payment. Carefully consider not purchasing this policy and research other product alongside with Champion. Last I think JACK TAYLOR is a fictious name. Buyer beware.

Too bad there’s no zero star rating available! These guys are crooks and frauds! Not responding to calls and emails! Lost thousands of $$$!! Be aware and do NOT buy their worthless warranties! I’m currently suing them!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I bought a car warranty from Champion Car Warranty on 08/04/2023 for 5 years. I paid $2326. My car required repairs on 1/14/2024. I sent Champion Car Warranty a bill for $1458. The company assigned a Claim Number 510398. Since then they have not responded to my emails dates 1/17/24. 1/18/24, 1/19/24 and 1/27/24. When I have called them the answering service has put me on hold for over 1 hour and then hung up. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. The company has not responded to the letters from the BBB

This company sold me a Gold policy for $2000 and basically that was my last contact with them. I filed a $315 claim after being unable to reach them for 40-50 times. Finally reached Jack Taylor at (833) 904-0801 Ext. 702 (he must have slipped up and answered the phone) and he told me the claim would be paid immediately. WELL NOTHING and no contact since!

I turned in a claim for $440 and they accepted the claim however they never refunded my $290 and this was 2/24 and it’s now 6/24 . If they won’t honor this small amount what would happen if I get a larger amount. I think they a scammers to be honest and I’m out of $3200 . I paid the entire contract upfront

Hello. Same experience here with numerous emails and no response. Am I able to sue them? I live in California and per there company they are in Colorado Springs. I let the bbb know but what else can I report this company?

When I first was signing up the sales guy was great, every promise in the book. My first claim was my transmission went out and their excuse was I didn't provide them maintenance records . Once that was provided they told me that my car was a lemon and they would not pay, I even had the person hang up on me. Once they have your number as a claim your call will get dropped after 5 minutes in que. For 5 months I've tried to get a refund with no luck. Not sure getting an attorney will be worth it maybe only for the principle. If there are better ideas I would like to know. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Already file the complaint with Coronado Attorney General and I am suggesting every one who's experience this scam with champion car warranty to filed complaint with coag.gov so will be enough complaint for them to open the investigation to this company.
This company only open for 2 years but they said they are open for more than 20 years.They will answer or call you back if they see your number is match customer that still can dispute credit card and open chargeback against them but if your policy already pass that time frame you bet never hear from them again!!
If you request the cancelation.. they will send you a form to signed with very little refund and state on the form that you have wave the right to pursue any legal right once you signed!! do not accept that because you will never see that little money they offered anyway!!

Worst customer service and company I have EVER encountered in my life. Oh sure, the sales portion went swimmingly -- I had checked reviews but SADLY only saw the fake good reviews and not realistic ones shown here. I should have known better when Sales brought down the premium substantially when I was pulling out. He expressed for my Porsche to have the utmost care and baseline check for it. Really impressed the Porsche specific service requirements UNTIL I brought in for baseline which unveiled required maintenance at 90k miles. This is why I bought warranty, yet their coverage was for any car, verses how he described Porsche coverage. They do not pay extra labor based on vehicle and low ball parts. My Porsche certified mechanic said they work with most warranty companies and this was By Far the worst in their experience (and they shared that directly in email with Champion). Nearly 3 MONTHS later, I am still waiting on my reimbursement check ($900 out of $5000 in repairs). They have Email bots or completely useless rep's, they don't answer the phone -- the call disconnects after waiting in queue -- literally next to zero information and repeated "you'll get your check from finance mailed to your address on file".
Completely scammed -- I am reporting to BBB (although I see they are dissed there) and filing for full refund which I think I'll need to hire an attorney for at this rate.

Every time I call it says that I’m number three and then it gets down the number one and it hangs up on me ridiculous this place is a joke they took $1500 from me last year for the gold package and it’s ridiculous I can’t even get in touch I can’t even get in touch with anybody

Can't get to anyone . I emailed them. Their phone hangs up after putting you on hold. I'm going to dispute charge right away. I tried this 5 times. Emailed them twice. They may be a scam and need to be reported

Complete fraudulent company. 0 SUCCESS WITH CALLS TO REACH ANYONE AT CHAMPION. WHEN YOU CALL IT PUTS YOU ON HOLD, TELLS YOU YOU ARE NUMBER 3,2,1... WAIT AND CALL DROPS EVERY TIME. NO RETURNED EMAIL EXCEPT AN AUTO REPLY THAT SAYS UR CLAIM HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THEY WILL REPLY IN 1 TO 2 DAYS WHICH THEY HAVE/DO NOT. CAN NOT CONTACT THEM BUT PAYMENT COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. YOU CAN NOT EVEN REACH ANYONE THERE TO CANCEL THE POLICY. ALL ATTEMPT TO REACH THEM HAVE FAILED.
WHEN I FIRST PAID FOR THE POLICY 6 MONTHS AGO, WAS ABLE TO REACH PERSONS THE COUPLE OF TIMES I DID CALL. WITHIN THE LAST MONTH, 0 CORRESPONDENCE. IF THEYVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS, I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A NOTICE AND PAYMENTS SHOULD HAVE STOPPED. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER WHEN THE MECHANICS THAT IVE SPOKEN TO STATED THEYVE NEVER HEARD OF CHAMPION CAR WARRANTY.

They don't answer phone calls, they hang up on you! We mailed a claim and haven't been paid! We paid into this company over a thousand dollars.
THEY ARE THE WORST!!

Let me add my 1 star review to the others. I would give negative, but then I couldn't write the review. I submitted a claim a few months ago. I have emails from them admitting they owe me $118.70. Never saw any of it. I cancelled my policy. They owe me pro-rated refund. Never saw any of it. Buyer beware.

they do not respond to calls, emails and when I have spoken to someone they say they'll call me back and NOTHING!!
Dont get scammed like this disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. Do your homework

This is not a company it's is an illegal criminal enterprise . None of these positive views are real. I have instructed my bank to stop making payments to them they are crooks. I made a claim on April 2 they did not respond to my repair shop . They called them hourly and never got through, I did the same you just get put on voice-mail and then hung up on. I Will also be making a complaint with authorities including the ag in colorado these people need to go to jail for fraud

Do not buy into this company! Everything you read is correct and when you see a reply or positive post it means its fake. I'm being burned by Jack Taylor and his crew as we speak. They will not answer calls or emails and whoever owns this company is the slimiest of the human race.
