I needed a new hat while travelling. I went to get it fitted and it felt a little odd, but hats often do at 1st. That was September. The hat still feels too tight, it is too tall for my head and either I wear it above my eyebrows so I can wear my glasses comfortably and there is a void at the crown, or I wear it pushed down on my head without the void (as I suspect it's supposed to be worn) and it squashes my ears and I can't fit my glasses on my face. I've reached out to champion but no response. I can't afford a new helmet for no reason so I'm stuck with it. Really disappointed by the fitter and by champions customer service.
Champion replied to this review a week ago promising to contact me, but they haven't yet.

After searching hi and low for a suitable riding helmet for my son and daughter, we ended up deciding on two Champion hats. Although you never want to pay through the nose... you also don't want to skimp on quality. We found that Champion had a hat to suit all budgets and all heads! My son has a strangely large proportioned head that he inherited from my wife's side of the family and we found that other brands just struggled to fit it. Happy with our purchase overall and would recommend to everyone.

Always very accommodating and efficient with my helmets being sent to me. They are very stylish and comfortable to wear. I always feel safe and confident racing in a champion hat !

My Daughter couldn’t get a riding hat that was comfortable, I paid out for many hats which quite quickly caused her pain whilst riding.
Champion were amazing in helping to solve the problem and worked with us to find the right solution.
Imogen’s hat has the balance between safety, overall look and being very easy to wear.
She’s happy to ride for hours now. All this at a very sensible price.

Champion have a team of very experienced hat fitters. Their knowledge and experience when it comes to safety is second to none. I feel completely confident in putting the safety of my children in to their hands. My 3 and 6 year olds have been fitted with hats from the age of 11 months and body protectors by the age of 2. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I know they continue to test their products to the absolute max. And I trust their products to be the best on the market. Having also had some bad falls myself in the past eventing where Champion have played a huge part in keeping me safe. Not only this but the comfort and fit that their products offer whilst doing their job is a win win situation.

Very pleased with the quality and fit of my Champion Ventair MIPS riding hat. Lightweight, comfortable, looks smart and most importantly is SAFE!
I’ve tried others which just don’t fit as well - and have always chosen Champion.
My activities of hunting and eventing are high risk, so Champion is the obvious choice.

Great fitting advice coupled with fantastic products = me feeling safe and stylish in the saddle!
