Firstly, we ordered online and the process was so easy. Secondly, after placing our order, we received order confirmation almost immediately. Then.... Having not heard anything or receiving our package for almost two weeks, we emailed, received a reply stating that our Cornish tartan was being made. After that, items were shipped and we were given a delivery date. Upon not receiving our package, emailed and again, the communication is so transparent, very impressed, the client services assistant basically acted on our behalf with UPS. This is not a good experience with them as they never answer their calls. Having to wait half an hour and still no answer, or having to chat to the online assistant "who" can't give answers, only generic BS, anyway this person at Champion kilts went above and beyond and communicated on our behalf with UPS. We received our package today, Monday, and not last Friday as was intially stated, because of a trailer delay. Needless to say the kilt and accesories were all accounted for. Ordered kilt, two weeks later still says "processing." Sent inquiry to get a status. One week later no response, still says "processing." Starting to wonder if this is a scam.

I ordered the rush 7-10 day delivery. Almost $400 for a kilt for my son for my upcoming wedding. It hasn't been shipped the people don't do anything when I email them. And I don't have that extra money to try and buy from somewhere else.

I'm very happy with my new kilt. It is the 4th garment that Champion Kilts has made for me. It is very comfortable to wear and the fit is great. I bought this kilt to wear as a uniform and Champion Kilts worked with me to make sure the pleating and look was just right so that it matched what everyone else wears. I'm already looking forward to future orders with them.

The communication, contact, and overall service was excellent. Product arrived quickly, even though it was from the other side of the world. Product itself is exactly as pictured, great fit and high quality. Good value for money.

Quality better than expected, only issue I had was vest rather tight, should have added a couple of inches to my measurement.

I didn’t realize that the measurements we gave them for a jacket was to custom make the jacket. I assumed (because it said no where on the website) that the measurements were to send us the correct size. In trying to return it for a refund it was a huge hassle and I would have to pay to return it to Pakistan, even though I thought I was dealing with a British company. The fabric color was not close to the color in the picture on the website and it just wasn’t a nice fabric. I was not happy with the whole product plus it didn’t fit. I did make a mistake on one of the measurements that I sent in, so the not fitting part was on me. But again, was not thinking I was getting a custom made Pakistan jacket, so didn’t think the return was going to be such a hassle. I’ll definitely do more research the next time I buy something online, because my expectation was certainly not met by the product or the company.

Super simple, but great product and service for a great price. Ordered in May, had tracking details a week later and the product the week after that. Really pleased with the kilt, can't wait to see it in action.

Really quality and heavy weight kilt. Surprised me a lot vs a amazon kilt I purchased to see if I liked wearing one. Little issue about having to pay through PayPal because their account was having issues I was hesitant to transfer to another PayPal but they refunded my money and I paid the other account. Got the kilt in short time (I paid extra) only waited a total of a week and a half to get it. So that was super quick! All and all I would definitely purchase from again. Plus they included the matching tartan sock Flys and a kilt pin for free! Totally recommend if you dont want to pay 4-500$ for a proper kilt which one day I will order.

They run small, and have a pocket on the front flat panel, when it should be on the side, like the other pocket

Service was fine, the problem is the kilt. I bought a pink Camo kilt that fits fine, but the waistband is the firmest most unforgiving thing I have worn. It may as well be made out of 3 inch wide hard plastic. Not comfortable, and awkward.

Good quality. Packed and labeled perfect. Little issue with shipping but that was UPS. They were on the ball right until the package got to our house...thank you champion kilts.
