Few initial bumps due to hardware issues, but after that get a response within 24 hours. And maybe once or twice i had a small issue, but was addressed quickly. For most part flawless.

They do not answer the texts anymore. The signal is terrible. Seems like they are collecting money but giving bad service.

I bought the box from a friend's recommendation on Amazon. I sent a text as per instructions and there was a reply with link to complete an application. I received a text they will get back to me. I have not heard back. My friend still has service but I have not even had the trial period.

I've been holding back from reviewing this company and business. They sell art top boxes on Amazon, Walmart and eBay and their website and insert a little sticker enticing buyers like me to try their illegal IPTV service. I fell for it. They gave me a trial and I paid them through Venmo and once they received my money they cut me out. They are doing wrong business. Now they won't return my calls or emails.

This is a scam. I bought that box on Amazon and the advertise the one week free trial. The trial was good then when I bought the service they asked me to pay them through Zelle. The minute the money was received they cut my service and stopped answering my calls. Con artist s
