When I entered the office, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kiki and her asking me how I am doing today. The process was very professional and at the time Kiki was processing my paperwork she kept communicating with me which I was grateful for. Lily came into the conversations, I have to say that these two are great customer service reps. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.

Winton in a time of stress and walked out with a smile on my face staff is wonderful kind efficient

I went in around 11:30am on 04/03/2026 I was told before I signed papers that I have 24 hours to cancel. Not even 4 hours later I went back in to cancel and they had already put a lien against my car and sent my title off. I was told they would try to get it back Monday. They would call me. Never received a call. I called them on Monday. I was told I would have to go in person to the DMV to get the title so I said that means I would have to pay. OCTAVIA said she would try to go up and get the next day and call me. Again no call. I called and got the same song and dance. I called every day. Same story. Friday the 10th i called and was told they did not know if it was there and Octavia was not there to confirm. So Saturday the 11th I received a call and they had my title.

I am very disappointed with this store and their procedures. I went in with my title, was told I had 24 hours to cancel. Less than 4 hours later I canceled in person. I should have been able to leave with the title I went in with.

Really pissy customer service. I would not advise ever using them unless you are in desperate need.

Frank was very professional and caring about my situation. He wanted to help me get the best option available.

Frank and Tammy were awesome even though their computers were acting up. Frank got it figured out and got me done. Didn't take very long. Very satisfied. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great people at the store in Dayton. Go by and see them Tell Christina sent you 😊😊😊

Title Max is a ripoff. Never get a title loan. Now a days with the economy the way it is, at one point or another we’ll all need a little help to get by. When that time comes PLEASE DO NOT GET A TITLE LOAN ESPECIALLY THIS PLACE!!!! You will end up paying interest every day even though you pay back on time each month. You payments will be hundreds of dollars and only change will go towards your principal and you will pay more than you borrowed at the end…. Get your title back with title max ??? It’s more like GET MORE IN DEBT WITH TITLE MAX
