Hi Emma, so sorry to hear you weren’t fully happy with your purchase!
As noted on the website, my standard processing time is a full 2-3 weeks for printing and dispatch, and then a further few days for delivery, depending on the method purchased. This is because everything is printed to order by one person.
The item descriptions do state that the acid wash t-shirts especially, are an oversized style and to size down if you prefer it more fitted.
If you’d like to return for a refund just let me know!

The t-shirt quality is good but
The t-shirt quality is good and I appreciate the print to order design. However, I ordered a Medium which in my experience is equivalent to size 12 on the high street. The t-shirts arrived very large, far wider in shape than needed. I will need to alter all with my sewing machine.

I'm so sorry that the t-shirts you ordered weren't quite right. The t-shirt style we offer is an oversized style, which is detailed on the product listings on the website. Hopefully this helps customers decide whether to stick with their usual size for an oversized, relaxed style, or size down for a more fitted look.
