Slow Delivery
Ordered 3 parts of a game from 3 different stores.
The other 2 stores delivered even before Chaos had dispatched item.
Since the core of the game was ordered from Chaos I wont be playing it over the weekend.

Money Grabbers
I contacted ChaosCards to ask if they would be taking preorders for a new product being released, as I was aware it would be difficult to get. They told me they wouldn't be taking preorders for it and instead would be putting it up for sale on the date of release. They then changed their mind and put the product up for preorder on their site, which was subsequently scalped. After contacting customer service to find out why this had happened and to air my frustration was basically told "we're sorry for the confusion caused" and that was it. Disgusting customer service and a deplorable company. Will never be purchasing from them again.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding the customer service you have received and the sale of an item.
Lorcana is an incredibly popular item right now, meaning all stock is in extremely high demand. At the point of writing we have stock for approximately 1% of the customers who are interested in it, so we are doing all we can to manage expectations for this item.
When you first emailed us we did not have any knowledge of how much stock we would receive, and so, we had no plans to put it up for pre-order (which is what we told you). As a company we do all we can to avoid taking orders and money from customers only to disappoint them further down the line by cancelling due to stock not arriving, so we do not put up any pre-order until our stock allocations are confirmed and/or the stock is in our building. Unfortunately, we rarely get this information until the very last minute- sometimes only when stock physically arrives, meaning it is very difficult to accurately forecast sales of the most popular items.
Earlier this week we received our Lorcana stock, meaning we were then able to list it for pre-order. We did not announce or market this, simply as the demand outstretched supply so enormously, we knew that unfortunately some customers would be disappointed regardless. We are very sorry that you have missed out and we appreciate how disappointing this must be, but we are currently limited by our suppliers and the levels of stock that is available to us.
Our payment system tests for bots very rigorously. Whilst of course we do not support scalpers, unfortunately, like any retailer, we also cannot police what any individual chooses to do with the items they purchase from us.

Lotr gift bundle arrived on time and pulled some great singles. Was at least £30 cheaper from here compared to other stores like total cards ect. Pulled 2 one rings also!
Will be looking here first for my future purchases

The card selection is great, wide range of payment methods and delivery was super quick! There was an issue whereby the amazon payment method automatically selected an address of a friends that I had a present delivered to however, I emailed and received a reply the next morning before the cards were shipped out. Great web store
The high street store isn't what it used to be - I enjoyed visiting and browsing the myriad of games on the shelves but in-store stock is now drastically less than before.
The web store, however, is great; easy to navigate and find the products I'm looking for, stock status is visible, and the postage rates are fair. The only niggle I have is that sometimes it takes a while to despatch an order for an item that's in stock, but this is quite rare.

Resealed packs
I bought a VOW gift bundle, when I received it I found all packs were opened and resealed poorly using glue. Then I contacted them and their attitude is like selling a resealed box without any apologies and trying to cover it up with quality issues, really disappointed.

We categorically do not, have not and will never tamper with or in any way risk the integrity of both the products we sell and our company.
Magic the Gathering is a mass produced item and like all mass produced items it is not without fault. We have been within this industry for 12 years and during this time we have opened countless Magic the Gathering booster boxes and booster packs and we have seen everything from open booster packs, packs containing upside down cards and even cards from the wrong set but since all of our products come sealed from the factory from an official Wizards of the Coast supplier our first action has never been to accuse them of resealing.
You have also claimed that our attitude upon you reaching out to us regarding this was unapologetic, I have read over your conversation with my colleague who both apologised and offered for you to return the products in question to us at no cost to yourself for a full refund. We are of course sincerely sorry that the product is not of the quality both you and ourselves would expect, and if - as offered by my colleague via email - you would like to return the product for a full refund please do so as per the instructions provided.
