Ordered a few times from Chaos Cards now. Orders arrive quickly and shipping costs are lower than others I’ve used.

The only issue is how almost every mtg card I search for is out of stock. It can be a bit frustrating when trying to buy quite a few singles.

Was an order for my son's birthday. Royal mail had issues with their systems all day and was worrried would not be delivered in time, but they came through last minute. This was obviously in no way the shops fault as they were dispatched on time. extremly happy with my purchase and will be ordering more for my son from here in the future.

When missing a card from an LCG set, which Asmodee did nothing to help with, Chaos Cards took it upon themselves to help me out and get me the missing card. It was done very swiftly.

Had an issue with parcel getting lost Mollie opened a query with royal mail to investigate and then Andy offered a replacement when royal mail couldn't find it.
Customer service is excellent you can be confident you're in good hands if you have any problems

I just wanted to leave a review because you really deserve to be appreciated!
I had a silly question some weeks ago, I have sent them an e-mail, they replied in 5 minutes! They could not help me with the issue, but as I said, it was a silly question.
Just because of their friendliness, I ordered a game a week ago, arrive in 2 days, way earlier then expected and this week I have ordered another one and just like the first order, arrived in 2 days, even if it said that it can be delivered in 2-5 days. The packages are dispatched almost immediately, they come really well packaged.
They have a really nice points program, which I really like.
I have had one of the best experiences with them, I even started to look for another game to buy from them again. I recommend them immensely.

My previous review was deleted for some reason, so I'm writing one again. These guys have been my go-to games store for years now, and they've never let me down. Great prices, fast dispatch, a decent loyalty programme and stuff always arrives in great shape. They just delivered me a Warhammer: The Old World book after Wayland Games let me down, so super happy. I'd only used Wayland as a one-off as Chaos Cards didn't run a pre-order and stock was known to be tight.

Used so much brown paper packing in the shipping box that the item boxes inside were squashed when they closed the box up.

Purchased several items from Chaos over the last few months, all arrived in good time and no damaged packages etc. Competitive prices and a good range of both new and slightly older products. Will certainly be returning for my next Pokémon fix!

Spent nearly £200 on Pokemon packs and 60-70% of the packs are damaged. They would have been in better condition if they had just wrote my address directly onto the cards and posted them like postcards.

Scheduled date for “swift” delivery was not done.

I purchased a Lego set, which one was oos everywhere. I would recommend a sturdier box to the company, but they sent in a box with some wrapping protection, and the item arrived in excellent condition. Fast shipping, before Christmas. I will return and buy from them.

Ordered a hard to find MTG item and even managed to get it delivered before Christmas.
Super fast dispatch and postage, superbly packed.
I couldn't ask for any more.

I want an immediate refund please - this is not acceptable at all. The pack you sent me is clearly tampered with. I am not accepting these goods, it is an absolute disgrace. How can you send out resealed packs? It has glue visible on the seal. I want a full refund, return label and my credit put back please. Tried messaging but no answer.

Dont buy older single packs! I now bought at the second time older single booster at chaos cards, I gave it a second chance, but there are again no hits!

Not even 1 holo card!! I know that nothing is guaranteed, but in so many packs is it very improbable..

Absolutely terrible experience.

Brought sealed Blisters in the black friday sale for them to tell me they had an issue on the system and the items are no longer in stock. Tried to rectify it by giving me booster packs in their place and and additional 1 of. The booster packs even now after black friday are not to the equivalent value the boosters are right now the value i purchased the blisters for during black friday i could of got them much cheaper than the blisters that I purchased and I purchased these for my personal collection. Would not offer any additional item or items in their place just booster packs. Have since cancelled the whole order and am extremely disappointed. I have been a customer of chaos for a long time and spent loads of money on products using them. After this experience I will not be using them again! Disgusting Service
