I am not a big one for writing reviews but I think in this instance it is the least I can do.. The Team at ChapterTwo are really very good at what they do. If you are in a pickle and you need to sort out your finances and the banks are being inflexible then you have nothing to lose by getting ChapterTwo to help you out. Tracey was our broker and she found my partner and I a very good loan with Bluestone which actually works out much cheaper than the big banks could offer us. Communication was timely, everything was transparent and I never had to guess what was happening whilst we waited for approval. We have refinanced our mortgage, paid out a car loan and simplified our lives in the process.. it’s a huge sigh of relief from us and a 5 star rating for ChapterTwo. Thank you so much. S and P.

Michael called in response to an online query. I told him we wanted a loan. Very low energy person, sounded like he just woke up. He said they only do refinancing. That isnt what their website says. Call ended….. not happy
