I was in a very tough spot financially when I came across the website for ChapterTwo last year while pondering whether I should take out a Part IX debt agreement or try and negotiate some sort of debt relief with my bank and credit card providers. I contacted Chapter Two in desperation after a series of unfortunate events left me in an extremely precarious financial position and facing debilitating hardship. From the first contact I began to feel a sliver of hope and throughout the entire negotiation process, Thomas was fighting to get the best outcome possible and was very communicative and supportive throughout this process. To say I was happy with the outcome is an understatement and finally found myself in a position to honour my responsibilities and keep my credit rating intact in a way that would also allow me the ability to have cashflow and live freely again. Not only that but fast forward 18 months and through Thomas’s tenacity and great negotiation skills, he has managed to wipe one of debts completely!!! Chapter Two has changed my life. Mim was nothing but kind, courteous and friendly, it was very easy to talk to her. She made me feel so comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. My debt is gone, and I feel like I can finally live my life again.

I saw an ad about refinancing and completedbthe enquiry form on the 28th of May 2024. ChapterTwo made contact with me on the same day and before I knew it they were progressing my application. I was dreading the process of being asked about my finances only to be disappointed, but Chris made the process really easy. Even with issues with my outgoing mortgagees Chris kept pressing them and worked tirelessly to ensure that I was able to exit my two mortgagees and refinance into one mortgage. Lots of big promises in the beginning. Found them demanding when they wanted something it had to be quick but when I wanted information they were slow. Found Chris to be very condescending. In the end after the big promises they couldn’t help us at all. Complete waste of my time and energy.

Chris helped me when no one else could or would. His unwavering support during such a stressful time meant so much. He was able to get our loan refinanced and saved us over $2000 / month in repayments which meant we are able to keep our home and move forward with a fresh new start.

I cannot rate highlly enough the experience l had working with Chris at Chapter 2. My situation was complicated and no other company l had approached previously had been able to assist. Chris took on the challenge & my refinance was approved. Several challenges arose during the process but at no time did he stop trying to achieve the end result. Absolutely thankful to Michael and Tracey for helping me sort my debt out to make it less easier to pay, without them, I dont know what to do, everyone else turned me down and Chapter Two was amazing, service was awesome and easier to chat with, they listen and come up with a solution instead of judging.
