We had our tour planned for Kainchi Dham and Mahavtar Babaji cave with Chardham tours. Had a really great experience with them. All the staff were so polite and hospitable which won our hearts. Right from the lovely welcome by tour coordinator Ayushji at the airport to timely checks if everything was ok by Transport coordinator Gopalji and Ayushji, Sales coordination by Shilpaji, everything was well taken care of. Gopalji also added few additional spots to our itinerary. Driver Pawan and vehicle service were excellent...
Hotels at Nainital,Kukuchina and Bhowali - Panchvati stay, Joshi guest house and Rewa hotel respectively were wonderful with great hospitality and tasty homely food and environment. Overall more than satisfied and great value for money provided. We will definitely look forward to travelling with them again soon!

On time pick up with best vehicle and good driver

We recently completed our Uttarakhand trip (13–23 February 2026) organized by Char Dham, covering Rishikesh, Kainchi Dham, Almora (Binsar), Kasauni, and Nainital.
Overall, the experience was good, and we would rate it 3.5/5.
The planning and coordination were handled well. Amardeep did an excellent job arranging the bookings as per our requirements, and the operations team (Mahek, Rashmi, and Ayush Gopal) was supportive throughout the trip. Special mention to Ayush for his daily follow-ups to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Most hotel recommendations were very good:
• Hotel Vasundhara Palace (Rishikesh) – comfortable stay with good service.
• Casa Mount (Kainchi Dham) – excellent location and service.
• Kasaar Jungle Resort (Binsar) – beautiful location, great food and service.
• Suman Royal Resort (Kasauni) – excellent views, food and personalized service.
However, our stay at Vinsober Monal in Bhowali (for the Nainital visit) was disappointing. The rooms and facilities were very basic and did not justify the tariff. We faced issues with hot water, and the room heater provided appeared unsafe due to visible damage. Additionally, we were asked to pay extra for room heater services, which should have been clarified in advance. While the staff was courteous, the infrastructure needs significant improvement.
On a very positive note, the transport arrangements throughout the trip were excellent. Our driver, Mr. Shankar, was extremely knowledgeable about all the destinations and helped us plan visits efficiently while avoiding crowds. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to assist us — even helping us send a personal courier to our family on the last day of our trip.
We would like to give him a 5-star rating and extend our appreciation to Kumaon Taxi Services for providing such outstanding service.
Apart from the Bhowali stay, the trip was well organized and enjoyable. With better coordination on hotel facilities and clearer communication on inclusions, the overall experience could be even better.

My trip was truly one of the most enriching experiences I’ve ever had. While the Chardham pilgrimage is known for its spiritual significance, it was the team who organized the itinerary and handled all the arrangements that made the journey truly exceptional. Traveling all the way from New York to Dehradun, I placed my complete trust in Amar and his team, despite having no prior references or feedback. It was a big leap of faith, but there was a genuine sense of humanity that kept my trust intact throughout. This experience reminded me that even the most detailed contracts can fail, but sometimes a few WhatsApp messages and a partial payment can be the foundation of a trustworthy relationship. The Chardham group—especially Amar and Manojji—consistently reassured me at every step, handling every challenge and proving that their team would take care of everything, which they absolutely did.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take the helicopter ride due to recent incidents that led to the suspension of the service, which was completely unforeseen. However, within just a couple of hours, the team quickly rearranged the entire trip by road, ensuring that I could continue my journey without missing out.

I am genuinely grateful to have found this team and to have trusted them with such a challenging trip. I returned not only with wonderful memories, but also with renewed faith in Indian companies and their outstanding service.

On a practical note, all the hotels were excellent and well worth the investment. I especially loved my stay in Badrinath, which was peaceful and offered stunning views. The food was plentiful and varied, and we received a lot of assistance with the darshan and special arrangements, which was the main goal of the trip and made everything worthwhile.

Both Manojji and Amar added a personal touch, always just a call away—even at odd hours—and never saying no to any request. Their dedication and constant communication made the entire experience seamless. They truly deserve much more recognition for their tireless work.

I wholeheartedly recommend Chardham Tour for their fantastic team, efficient operations, flexibility to accommodate personalized needs, totally value for money and the warm, homely atmosphere they create.

The Hotel bookings were made as per plan and we had no hassle at all. The Driver Chandan was absolutely the best. He helped us throughout the Yatra and things went very smooothly. I appreciate the cooperation by the Chardham tour team for the coordination and support.

Good tour management. The entire tour program was under close monitoring by the Tour operator. Was always willing to assist on our doubts and necessities. The rooms allotted and the vehicle provided for our tour was Good. Decent behaviour by the driver of the vehicle and he took good care of us. The itinerary though tight, we could manage to visit all the four Dhams by God's Grace

I had booked a Do Dham Helicopter Yatra which was cancelled due to company’s operational problems and the refund is delayed with no response from company inspite of multiple communication attempts. Be careful with your invoices and payment confirmation receipts
PS: I got my refund fully as said by the company. Thanx Trustpilot for being helpful. Now i add another couple of star to the company for refunding my money

We had a great trip. Everything was organised really well. Special thanks to Ashish for assistng with booking and Manoj for guiding us during the trip.

I contacted Chardham Tour from Hyderabad, to plan for Kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra for my family of 6. Shivani Ji from Chardham Tour managed to arrange a chopper for us on a short notice.
At Dehradhun, we got to meet Shivani Ji and her entire Chardham tour team at her office the day before our ride. They patiently clarified all the questions we had about the ride and made us very comfortable, which we really appreciated since it was our first time.
As promised by her, our ride the next day went as planned. From the hotel pickup to drop, it was an end-to-end service from the chopper team.
At Kedarnath and Badrinath, there was a guide waiting for us, who stayed with us through our time there till we got back on the chopper. They arranged everything for us, from palkies, tickets, pundit, darshan and prasad etc. Great hospitality.
overall, it was an incredible experience for my family and we are very greatful to Shivani ji and her team for making it a pleasant and memorable trip for my kids(8,11) and my grandmother(84).

I contacted Chardham tour from USA regarding pilgrimage to Chardham Yatra. They gave us 12 days program. Especially Shivani was very good in arranging and understanding our needs. Our tours starts from New Delhi for 11 night and 12 Days. The good part is that if we have to start from hotel as early as 4 am for the darshan then the next day relax and start from the hotel after breakfast by 9. am.
Overall, the accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, Except Barkot night stay. Their customer support is very excellent and always provide information a day before reaching to next destination. Very nice communication with us, ensuring our safety and well-being throughout the journey.
I highly recommend this Chardham tour not only for pilgrimage but also for any pleasure tour in Uttarakhand based on my positive experience.
