Dixie, outlined the possibilities well and answered questions quickly.

The system is complicated due to what it needs to do and sometimes hard to navigate but their support makes it much more accessible.

Great support experience

Dixie from Charge Automation was very helpful in dealing with a customer support issue I had. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and even followed up on my issue on their own accord. I really appreciate the great service I was provided!

Be aware!

As a former employee of CA, I can see that most of the 5 star ratings are given by former or current employees so be aware. And no, this review has nothing to do with retaliation of any sorts.

My initial review has been taken down three times in a row due to "defamatory content" so basically I'm not allowed to completely be open and honest about the problem.

None the less, this app has a huge red flag regarding illicit and law breaking actions due to Payment Gateway accounts being available to employees without clients knowledge.

CAFC has been notified of it as well.

On top of that, most of the significant parts of the app are hidden behind the paywall (chat with guests, in app banner or Auto Check ID, just to name a few) so unless you got hundreds upon thousands of dollars to go for Essential or Pro plan, I suggest taking a look at Enso Connect or HappyGuest that provide most of these options and then some for fraction of the price.

So again, be aware.

Amazing value

Great product, amazing (and quick) customer support, and more than reasonable pricing.
These guys understood hoteliers needs and executed an excellent platform.

Big revenue driver and time saver

Using Charge Automation has allowed me to focus on my guests rather than using many hours in manually getting my rental agreements and security deposits for each booking. I had to try many options out there before using Charge Automation and I can confidently say that this solution has all I needed to make my business more profitable, from guidebooks to selling more of our add ons.

Smooth experience for both guest and host

Automating the check in and payment process was the best thing that happened to my rental business! It reduced significantly the amount of work I had to put in to get the information like wifi details and door codes to my guests, collect the reservation charge and security deposit, add-on services as well as provide guides and terms of stay - all on a single link! Seamless and hassle free. Absolutely recommend.
