Awful company and policy would not…

Awful company and policy would not trust in any way. No response on service requests for refunds. Have no faith my money will ever be returned. This is the lowest of the low companies I’ve ever dealt with. They even blocked and removed negative comments.

Terrible quality and customer service severely lacking

Coaching multiple travel baseball and multiple flag football teams, I was excited at the prospect of playing at night. But the football’s laces were loose and kept coming undone on the ends and ALL the balls felt slick- like they were coated with grease. They weren’t easy to grip. There is no customer service phone number so trying to get hold of them and explaining your predicament was a nightmare. After sending pictures and proving my point, they refused to replace the football at minimum! That’s not the way you conduct consumer business when you wish to retain customers.
For the money and quality this Christmas gift was the worst I’ve ever purchased!

Needs major improvements.

Ummm yeah if you are looking for a ball that lights up for maybe 3 minutes this is the ball for you…. It is an excellent theory but plain and simple it doesn’t stay lit up…. I’d love to get refunded…. Get a spark catch… just sayin

Poor business ethics

Placed an order on October 29th. Ordered the football and baseball. Received the baseball very quick. The footballs were all on back order as they did not anticipate the demand to be so great. My mom ordered a football a month after me and received her tracking number and football with the month. Why are orders placed a month after mine being filled? Shouldn’t orders be filled in the order it was placed???!!!!!
Contacted them via email. Very poor response time. No customer service number to call. Finally received a response reassuring me the football would be in in time for Christmas. Weeks past. Still no tracking. I must have sent 10 or more emails. Still reassuring me I will receive for Christmas. It was a Santa gift. 2 weeks before Christmas, emailed again. Received a response a week later. A “sorry not sorry” email. They could not fulfill my order... said to please click the link if you want a refund. So I did as I now needed to go and buy another gift. Well.... the day before Christmas, I received a tracking number. What???!! I no longer need it. Emailed again to explain this. The “item” stayed at the same place for a week. Stated “awaiting item”. Sounds like it was never there to begin with. Well, last night, it showed my order was on the move.
Emailed again. I DO NOT need this item! Hopefully, I can return this item as I am out $90.00.
Very poor business ethics. No customer service at all. Please think 5 times before ordering from this company.

Horrible customer service

Ordered Nov 5th and I still haven’t received my complete order. They told me they were waiting on baseballs but I finally received one on Dec 10th. I sent several more emails regarding the status of the rest of my order. They finally responded saying my order is complete and that it’s been shipped over a week ago. When I checked the tracking number it shows it hasn’t been given to USPS yet.
