Thank you for your review. We feel it is important that anyone reading this has access to the full facts.
You contacted us reporting that an incorrect item had been received. We took this seriously — the complaint was investigated and responded to in full on the same day and a complete refund was processed the following morning. That should have been the end of the matter.
It was not. Following the full refund, demands were made for goods to be sent free of charge. When those demands were declined, explicit threats were made to post negative reviews across multiple platforms unless those demands were met. Those reviews — including this one — were subsequently posted in direct execution of those threats. Despite being blocked and explicitly told on multiple occasions in writing to cease all contact, unsolicited messages have continued across multiple platforms including email, Google, Trustpilot and TikTok.
We wish to be transparent about something. During this exchange, following the explicit threats made after a full refund had already been issued, a member of our team used language that fell below the standard we hold ourselves to. We acknowledge this and take responsibility for it. We would however ask anyone reading this to consider the full context — that language was used in direct response to what we believed to be an attempt to obtain goods by deception after a full refund had already been received. It did not initiate this situation. It was a reaction to it.
We would draw the attention of anyone reading this review to the images this reviewer has chosen to attach to their Google review. Those images — posted by the reviewer themselves on another platform in what appears to be an attempt to support their version of events — in fact do the precise opposite. They clearly and unambiguously show that a full refund had already been received at the point demands were made for additional free goods to be shipped. In attempting to provide evidence to support their complaint, the reviewer has inadvertently provided the evidence that confirms our version of events. We could not have illustrated the sequence of events more clearly had we tried. We encourage anyone wishing to see the full picture to view those images on the reviewer's Google review of our business.
We hold complete documentary evidence of every interaction including all correspondence, platform messages, time-stamped screenshots across every platform and full refund confirmation. We believe the conduct following the refund — specifically demands for free goods combined with explicit threats of negative reviews if those demands were not met, followed by the execution of those threats and the continuation of unsolicited contact across multiple platforms after being blocked and told in writing to stop — may constitute offences under the Fraud Act 2006, the Theft Act 1968 and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. This individual has been formally warned in writing that any further contact will result in a report to Action Fraud and our local police.
Charge Products has been supplying supplements in the UK since 2016 with 160,000+ verified marketplace sales and a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating. We handled the original complaint exactly as we should have — promptly, seriously and fairly with a full refund processed the following morning. The conduct that followed is a separate matter and one we are dealing with through the appropriate channels.

Hi Catherine, just looked into this for you , think you are referring to the shilajit x60 offer, you need to add them to your basket ,they become free once your order value hits £25. not everyone wants shilajit hence why we only send if added to basket.Kind Regards Mark
