Unfortunately a poor quality product - insufficient magnet strength meant it fell off a few times, and charging was slow so had to replace within the month

Ordered a charger for my iPhone and watch. Used it once and unfortunately it was faulty. Disappointed but I sent it back easily and got a refund with no bother at all. Really good customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service…
Absolutely amazing customer service from Chargit.
I had an issue with the charger I bought, they were straight on it, replaced the unit, stayed in contact with me throughout the replacement. Can’t fault them at all. New charger is working perfectly.

Very nice very compact well designed only if it had its own carrying case it would have gave that finishing touch for 5 star rating. Overall I’m happy with the product design well recommend to friends and family.

We purchased 3 items - All supplied cables did not work
We purchased 3 of the same item between two orders. The supplied cable did not work with any on the 3 units. I had an alternative cable which worked with all three devices. CHARGIT’s online chat does not connect you straight away. They then replied via email asking for a telephone number. They would have had this already from the order number - it was provided again and no one has called me. They is no direct email address to contact them. I emailed SALES and they have not replied. I will now return all three units ASAP. Use with caution.

Hi Mick, sorry you had a poor experience we contacted you as soon as you provided your number (thank you for agreeing we did not have already have it). We immediately offered to send you replacement units, you suggested we send just the cables which we tested and did along with a free gift for your inconvenience. We did try calling you again to see if the issue was resolved and we assume it did as we did not hear anything further.
Great rsponse to solve my problem
The power cord was loose, and the company sent me another one immediately

The charger works fine but the green light to show the items are charging is very bright, so you can’t charge anything at night if you like the room dark, it’s light a night light. Had to send the product back for this reason.

First item never arrived despite email…
First item never arrived despite email saying it had been sent. Seemingly it was couriered by Evri but it never arrived. After several messages on Chat , I eventually phoned. A lovely said she would re-order my item. I asked if it could be sent using Post Office and it arrived 3 days later
