Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a wireless travel charging unit that would charge my iPhone, watch and AirPods all at once. Unfortunately the product I received was faulty but a replacement was sent out immediately. This was also faulty and ChargIt arranged for a return.
I have since received a phone call to apologise for the two faulty products and they have processed a full refund and sent out a free gift as an apology for inconvenience caused.

WOW - Amazing company
WOW - I cannot recommend this company enough. I have now purchased numerous products from their range all of which are quality items. I recently thought one of my items was faulty (it wasn’t - user error) and Chargit dealt with a return quickly with excellent communication politely highlighting it was in full working order. They returned it without charge and supplied a loyalty gift as well. Genuinely didn’t think companies like this still existed and will not buy my charging products from anywhere else now.

Bought a 3-in-1 MagSafe charging unit …
Bought a 3-in-1 MagSafe charging unit and plug which had been carefully wrapped in a box but when I took the products out they both looked like they had been previously opened and the charger is badly damaged and unusable. This company do not seem to have a process in place to check the products they are sending to customers are fit for purpose. Waste of my time and money. I've already contacted them via live chat but they are offline.
UPDATE: got sent a replacement charger with a request to take down this review. The replacement is also damaged!!!! Will be seeking a refund

Hi Debra, we were so very sorry that you received the unit in an unsatisfactory condition, we would have appreciated a chance to put this right before reviewing us. Once we were aware we sent an immediate replacement with next day delivery which you received and again the unit was damaged. We investigated this and whilst electrics can go wrong we could not find an answer how the products inside the boxes could have been damaged beyond repair. We of course have QC and would never knowingly send out products in an unsatisfactory manner. We immediately applied a full refund and sent you a replacement unit free of charge as an apology for any inconvenience caused. We work very hard to keep all our valued customers happy and apologise that you did not feel we achieved this.

Royal mail attempted again the following day again no answer. A card was left on both occasions. the adapter is a bit low in power
the adapter is a bit low in power, so the charging takes a longer time. it will be good to include a fast charger adapter, a bigger watt perhaps will help.
But Overall it is a good product, is ok for the price paid.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, there was an issue with the courier and I was on a strict time scale on a job. They couldn't be more helpful as they chased up the courier and arranged a separate delivery just in case it didn't arrive on time.
Any issues call the office. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Unclear Chat Facility to report Returns
Ordered a 3-in-1 MagSafe charging unit which doesn't work properly with my MagSafe covered iPhone 12. Looked to see how to return and got directed to an online chat where I was left hanging from 13.04 all the way through to 15.00 - two hours. No sign of any response and there is no email address - the address on the contact link in my order confo is a NOREPLY address so my email bounced. Hayley did call me and the response from that point on was better than faultless - no questions asked and replacement is already on its way with a promise of further action should the replacement not do the job as well.

Whilst we accept that of course units at times can be faulty, we have fully tested each and every plug that has been sent to you. If you would like to return all 4 of the plugs we will happily refund you rather than you be unhappy.
