They have helped and guided me throughout the process from advertising the property, finding tenants and today supported me with renewing a tenancy agreement. Chariots dealt with the sale of my late parent’s house. I mainly dealt with Dave who was handling the sale and he was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful throughout the whole process replying to me quickly, giving me advice and keeping me informed. Also Kim and Tina who assisted if Dave wasn’t available, again were extremely helpful and supportive. Chariot Estates are a first class Estate agent and extremely helpful when it came to advertising and selling our Late Fathers house. From the first viewing to the last. All of the staff at this estate agent have an approach that is both professional and friendly and the advice that they gave to us ensured a very smooth satisfactory sale. We never actually met the purchaser, because all of the viewings were handled by Chariot Estates on our behalf and this made the whole process so much easier for myself And my two younger sisters. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish of placing my property on the market. Came out, did the pictures and measurements, within half hour the property was on the internet ten mins later had 4 viewings booked in for next day. All vendors turned up and next day received 3 offers and accepted an offer. The team are knowledgeable about the area, they price well to enable a fast sale and keep you up dates from start to finish. 15 weeks from placing property on the market I have completed the sale. Excellent! We dealt with Chariot estates as buyers of a property and honestly could not recommend them more. They were professional, responsive and efficient and took the initiative chasing the solicitors and vendor on both sides to do their best to push the sale through. Often this was without prompting and completely by their own initiative. We truly felt that they were "on our side" throughout the purchase and the day that we got the keys was a real triumph.
