Do not be fooled by Autotrader reviews. Aftersales/ Warranty is a total waste. Check all other reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. Act very polite and professional to reel you in to buying a car. As soon as they have your money stop answering calls false promises that Franco (owner) will call back he never does never replies. Sent damaged parcel shelf which had been badly sprayed. Been ignoring for nearly 6 months now and its only for a spare key. Tarnished there business name over a spare key. You wouldnt get anywhere with your warranty as they wont reply and ignore so dont bother. They are not registered with the Motor Ombudsman as they have confirmed. In process of going to papers and court. Pretended to be looking after me as he knew i was a post cancer patient but the stress and inconvenience he has caused is terrible. They wont bother what situation your going through as this didnt affect him so save yourself from this company. Dont want anyone else to go through this.

We dealt with Ben who was both extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy and was genuinely welcoming.

The car was prepped as promised and Ben answered questions that we had, going over the details of the car upon collection, which resulted in a smooth handover.

Highly recommend, great customer service from Ben! He took on board my prefered method of communication and ALWAYS kept me updated, nothing was a hassle for him. He spent time going over all the particulars and helped me with what was needed to pursue finance. Would definatley return just for his customer service. The car was great too!

Had car delivered so no chance for close inspection and scratches in car not highlighted, only came with one key fob which wasn't advertised and unexpected in car of age and value. Had communication with car salesman and manager who promised to correct and after 2 months stopped returning messages. Very disappointing. Be wary.

First class experience buying a Mercedes online, all thanks to Ben. He patiently and honestly answered all my questions, and once I decided, completed the whole process, up to the delivery of the car to my house very efficiently and kept me updated the whole time. Don't buy a car from this dealership, I was promised free servicing and MOT for 3 years after I purchased my car, basically I didn't get what I was promised. Never use them again.

I always use this garage for my MOT and Service due to being a mini specialist. However this year i've had extremely poorly service. When i booked my car in i explained about my situation, that i need my car back for 4pm. They came and collected my car, perfect. At 4pm i still have no car in sight. Bare in mind they collected my car at 8:45am - that morning. I had to ring lots of time to speak to someone and explain about this situation, i spoke to 4 different individuals who then had to ask someone else. At 15:55pm they finally agreed that someone will be dropping it off soon. However i needed to be at another appointment and a car service and MOT does not take all day.(i understand things happen however not all day long. Only for major works) They need to stop false promising customers who are paying great deal of money for their service. I will NOT be returning after this. I understand things happen along the way however promising an CUSTOMER the time and the CUSTOMER explaining about the time they agreed to have is not right. Very disappointed.

Been to Chariots a few times and the service has always been superb and one I can’t fault.
Yes they have a high turnover of staff or so it appears which is a great shame as you build on relationships when using this type of business and yes there has been a couple of times that the relationship has been lost but thank goodness for Tim (Sure that’s his name - Service manager?) anyway I own a Mercedes SLK200 which is nearly 14 years old and they treat her as if she was a brand new car.
They’re not the cheapest in my area but the service levels have always been to my satisfaction and something I will look to stay with for the coming years.
They have 3 different service levels with optional extras which are all various prices but you feel you’re in control of the final costs, just be aware that most are plus VAT which has caught me out.
