You can find a lot of good stuff at very good prices. Usually they respond very fast and meet your requirements. I was impressed by Leonardo M. who is very preoccupied with costumers care.
CON:
Usually, less information about autographed jerseys they sell. I would like they share more infos/photos about labels, COAs, brand logos, stripes, stitches etc., not to be necessary to contact them for further information.
Overall I recommend this site for sports memorabilia and sport experiences.

Received a gorgeous guitar signed by Chris Martin - brand new and no issues!
Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.
The package took a little while to leave the warehouse but not a big issue as I received in the end. The details of the auction item were a little vague (eg no details about model of guitar) so I did question its genuineness initially but this organisation is proven to be trustworthy and reliable. I recently purchased a signed Oasis guitar from Charity Stars. I was more than happy with the price I won the guitar for and as promised, it arrived within the time period they advised. Importation may be subject to customs duties, VAT, excise duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges in the country of importation, depending on the country of the recipient. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on customs procedures and will be managed directly by the courier, with the balance paid on delivery or electronically on the official website.

I made an enquiry about a shirt which I unfortunalty missed out on and was provided with a repsonse incredibly quickly and despite not following through with the purchase on my end the service provided by Leonardo M & Chairty Stars was absolutely fantastic.

In early July, you successfully acquired two artworks through our online platform. These artworks were promptly dispatched in a single shipment, which was delivered to your address by the courier on August 2, 2023.
Regrettably, we were informed, on October 3, 2023, that you did not receive one of the two artworks originally dispatched. You reported that only one artwork was discovered in the delivered package, and you became aware of this discrepancy two months after the package was delivered.
We must emphasize that prompt reporting of any discrepancies is crucial in such cases. Due to the delay in reporting this inconvenience and the absence of certified evidence, we find ourselves unable to activate our standard refund process for cases like this.
Unfortunately, without the necessary documentation and considering the untimely nature of the report, we are regrettably unable to pursue any further action regarding a refund.

Remember handling fees
The whole experience was amazing and Charity Stars did a great job communicating once I won the auction. The only thing I would say to be aware of is the handling fees because they are added on after you win the raffle. I paid almost 100 dollars more than I won the tickets for.
