James was very professional, the survey report my partner and I received was extremely detailed and is going to help us negotiate a lower purchase price. James also called just after the survey and went through in detail what he had found and his general opinion on the property.

I would definitely contract James again. His response to my initial enquiry was quick, price competitive and the survey took place within a week with good verbal and written reporting. I have bought a number of properties over the years but he made me aware of leasehold conditions and liabilities that I was unaware of.

probably the best Surveyor we have ever come across....
We are very happy with the services provided by James, from the very initial contact he remained extremely professional. He has excellent communication skills, he responded back to our emails and telephone calls promptly which was really important to us.
James was always our number one choice, based on the previous reviews that we had read, so when he got back to us immediately, as well as being available at the timescale that we wanted and was also able to get the report back to us quickly - we were absolutely thrilled - and he really did live up to his positive reputation.
He provided us with a detailed report which was with us within 24 hours as well as a phone call to go through the report - a truly excellent service we will definatley be using his services again and we were really pleased with everything. Thank you James,
