We have just bought our first house and we found Nathan at Charles Coleman to be fantastic. The sale didn’t go as smoothly as we would have liked but Nathan kept us up to date and involved every step of the way. I cannot thank Nathan and the team enough and would definitely use their services again.

I was very pleased with the service I was given by both Nathan Kapoor and Tanya, his Secretary. Due to me having to quarantine, they helped out so much with Tanya even bringing papers to my house to sign.

Nathan and Shelli arranged two LPAs for my 97 year old Mum. They were both very caring, friendly and absolutely professional. Everything was explained in detail and Shelli kept us informed as the LPAs progressed. When all the paperwork was completed Nathan went through it all with my Mum and explained every page so my Mum fully understood what she was signing. We wouldn't hesitate to use Nathan and Shelli again and would thoroughly recommend them to our family and friends.

My involvement with Charles Coleman started when LPAs had to be arranged for my late mother. They also supported us in the sale of property abroad and later my late mother’s estate.
During my involvement I found John, Elizabeth and Shailja extremely helpful.

Charles Coleman solicitors did the conveyancing for me for both the sale and the purchase of property. They were efficient, professional and nice people to deal with. They were very clear about all that was involved. They were also very good at communication, particularly important in what can sometimes be a stressful process. I would highly recommend them.

Having used Nathan at Charles Coleman before when doing my re-mortgage, we naturally when back to him to seek advice for our LPAs.

We instructed Nathan to complete our families LPAs for both Health and welfare lasting power of attorney and Property and financial affairs lasting power of attorney.
The whole process was straightforward with easy to follow questionnaires with follow up calls to complete the LPAs with Nathan explaining each stage, step by step. This made us all feel a lot more relaxed.
