Missing Christmas tree

I ordered a Christmas tree on the 5th December and now it is the 18th December and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing

Charles Bentley pedal bin

This is the second Charles Bentley bin we have purchased, the first one became rusty near the foot pedal however we did have it a few years. We scoured the web for a replacement but none took our fancy. We knew the Charles Bentley bin looked good in our kitchen, the colour just right for us, hence our purchase, which overall represented good value for money.

Product was damaged on delivery. Packaging was not suitable for weight of item. Still waiting for a replacement

The box arrived when expected but there…

The box arrived when expected but there was a little damage to it. We have not opened the package as it is a Christmas gift for someone else so we are just hoping that everything is alright inside and we thought that if we opened it we would have trouble getting it all back in the box successfully. It is in our garage waiting for Christmas.
