Good assembly instructions and really helpful advice and communications from customer services.
Fast delivery service. Ordered three of the same storage items that were delivered together. I was charged 3x £6.99 which I feel was a little excessive. I queried before finalising order and this was apparently correct. Still closer to 5 than 4 stars overall. Recommended!
