Great Experience

I have had Robyn Rae as my Property Manager since 2022, and she has been nothing but consistent, with quick and efficient responses, and very personable to deal with. Anyone is lucky to have her and her team handle your home, all concerns are dealt with in a reliable and professional manner.

Amy Sutton client relationship manager

Amy Sutton, the client relationship manager, has been highly efficient and supportive in her role as client relationship manager. Most notably she helped us identify a flat owner whose boiler exhaust was leaking causing damage to our flat, and has been consistently focused on seeing this to a conclusion.

This is our complex first year with…

This is our complex first year with Charles White. They have been professional throughout. Our complex is looking so much better now that they are managing the complex. Our complex is inspected every couple of months and any repairs are acted on very promptly using first class tradesman, which takes away the worry and stress from the owners. If there are any queries, they are dealt with very quickly. Charles White get 5* from me.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, the mistakes made were unbelievable. Tried to charge for RACC investigation only to find out after my property was built after this was banned. Charged £198 to replace blown bulbs. Couldn’t overturn a late payment fee that was incorrectly issued. Chased up 2 years after date of moving with another invoice saying they haven’t charged me for everything the first time stating incorrect dates.

Regarding the RACC investigation, we did initially raise this based on the information we had at the time. However, after further review, we identified that your development was not at risk due to its age, and we corrected this within the month. No charge was applied once this was confirmed.

On the late payment fee, whilst this charge was applied inline with our written statement of services, we did issue a full credit as soon as a gesture of goodwill.

In relation to the light repair, this was billed in line with the contractor’s invoice for the work completed - these prices are not something set by CWL. The work was also for to replace a full fitting, which will carry higher costs than just a bulb itself.

Finally, the additional invoice raised at the two‑year mark was the result of an internal review where we found discrepancies in dates used during the original handover. We appreciate that this caused frustration and would be glad to walk through the details to provide full clarity.
