very good service all the time

Altogether, I had a very good experience in using their management and rental services for over 20 years. Particularly recently. Sara was my contact person, and she was a very responsive as well as responsible lady to resolve any related issues to renting and management of my property.

Disgraceful and hopeless company

This is simply the most unprofessional company one can meet . They do nothing on time e.g. annual accounts take 5 months and are still with errors. They change their T&Cs online but don't inform their clients. They have added what they call a retention fee and add this to their bill with no explanation of the charge. They should be avoided like the plague

dodgy

Think the property manager in the Edinburgh office might be a freemason as he seems to only give jobs to the 'boys' or certain boys. Maybe a little racket going on as the jobs never seem reasonably priced.

Awful company.

Awful company.
No interrst in helping tenants, only interested in maximising their profits.
Wife and I paid £50 per calendar month.
Not sure exactly what this money was used for other than paying the substantial management fee.
Had a leak in the roof which I highlighted to Trinity factors several times over 2/3 years, this issue was never rectified.
Awful experience and communication.
Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, how can someone with a detached house pay a third of what I pay in building insurance? I googled the average price of building insurance and it was cheaper to insure a 1 million plus mansion (around £350 per annum) than it is for me in my 1 bedroom flat. I have paid over a thousand pounds in the last 12 months to trinity factors.
Absolutely fuming 🤬🤬

Totally unprofessional company AVOID

Trinity Factors failure to reply to tenant or Safedeposits Scotland adjudication has prevented the release of our entire deposit, its been over two months already! Shocking way to treat people - avoid if you can :(

AVOID !

This company has absolutely no interest in anything other than making money out ot the properties they pretend to manage. They simply do not care and should be avoided at all costs. If they are your factor then get your neighbours together and elect to replace them. They are totally useless.

Very helpful

Very helpful. Shaun, our Property Manager, very approachable. He is looking to getting tasks done that have not been done by previous Factors we have had. We can't fault the Company so far. Very satisfied with their work.

Factoring Services are disgraceful!

This Company have a poor attitude to their customers needs. Complaints are ignored and not resolved. Or blocked so that they are not escalated.
I would advise any owners of factored properties to think twice before appointing them!
Unprofessional staff who don't listen and don't deal with issues fairly.

Poor attitude

Poor attitude, little concern for health and safety of elderly residents and no impetus to help. Factoring sheltered accommodation requires a human touch. You'll not find that here.

Absolutely appalling how staff think…

Absolutely appalling how staff think it’s acceptable to mock someone that is about to be made homeless with children . No rent areas involved in this matter. House is being sold . The unprofessionalism from members of the Edinburgh team is disgusting.

Worst factor in the UK

Worst factor in the UK. Check their Service Level Agreement (SLA) before hiring them.

Property owner here. You can complain about something and they'll refer you to the SLA, where it tells you that before you can bring any matter to the Housing and Property Chamber or Citizen Advise Bureau, you have to follow their defined complaint process which takes... 40 days and two levels of management. They are costing us money.

We have started our legal proceeding against them.

Seriously don't recommend this company

Seriously don't recommend this company. Their agent got us a flat. We asked on the viewing if we can paint the walls because they were pretty ugly not just the colours but unrecognisable spots were everywhere. The agent said fine we can paint it. When we were about to move out we needed to pay from our deposit for repaint the bedrooms back to their original ugly colour because the agent wasn't enough professional to inform the landlord or ask a permission for us

I wouldn’t even give this factor a one…

I wouldn’t even give this factor a one star, I’ve had a few factors and most not great but this one is the worst. They don’t manage poor behaviour by staff, don’t manage the services in the building, they knew our building in Glasgow had a failing heating system and did nothing and they have left over 100 people with no heating or hot water for over 5 days and we are still waiting, the property manager is rude and incapable, the director they report to hides and never responds …they are very dodgy, and are not fit to factor any building, they take so much money per month from residents and do not provide any service.

This company is only after money

This company is only after money. Service is really poor and attitude is low. My advice; if a building you are looking at to get involved with has anything to do with Trinity Factors then don't take it. Go elsewhere.
Just as an update, I have just been told we are the factor and its our rules! Nothing to do with a customer
