AVOID!

AVOID!
Bad quality and sizing, tried to return and no replies so had to raise a case with my credit card. Finally got a refund months later and they still didn’t send me return info so I couldn’t send their stuff back.

If there were a zero I would award this…

If there were a zero I would award this company zero … customer service non existent , promise the world and deliver very little drop ship rubbish of poor quality , incorrect sizing , returns made impossible , money never refunded

Cheap and terrible

Took ages to arrive. I ordered on the 18/09 they said it would ship between 1-3 business days. It did not. Sent an email over a week later, received no response but the following day I was notified it had shipped. I then started digging and found that it was being sent from china, from the look of the images I thought this was just another Aussie boutique. The tracking information was not helpful and still shows that it's in Auckland. It has arrived today. I bought the Céline Denim Two Piece denim set, it cost all up $121 so I thought a saving compared to other stores it was not us and it also has a chemical smell and the sizing is definitely off. Save your money!!

I also wish I’d looked this company up…

I also wish I’d looked this company up before falling for the instagram pop up ads that made the clothes look lovely. Ordered two sets for holiday that hadn’t arrived by the time I went on holiday 20 days later. They are basically china temu items so cheap and nasty without labels and poor stitching but I’ve paid premium prices. Looking on here I’m not fancying my chances of a refund!

I wish I’d looked this company up…

I wish I’d looked this company up before ordering.

I ordered 2 sets of leggings and tops, thin thermal type stuff. What arrived is a joke. It’s made of nylon like you’d make cheap tights from. The one I opened has a ladder/run in on arrival. I’ve not bothered opening the rest it’s that cheap and nasty.

I took advantage of their post checkout offer of a cashmere jumper. This arrived a week after the rest of my order, an XL wouldn’t fit a size 10. There is no labelling at all in the jumper and it feels so cheap, it has a minuscule amount of cashmere in, if any.

Everything is in plastic bags straight out of a Chinatown market.

Customer service, Sarah so far has been polite and helpful.
Whether I’ll get return information as I’ve now requested 3 times remains to be seen.

I will take it up with my card issuer if I don’t resolve this with the company as it has very misleading sales and products.

Customer Support does not exist

If I could give it less than one star, I would. The clothes are cheaply made and very poor quality. I decided that I would rather have a refund. I emailed Charlotte Vancouver Support multiple times and no one has responded.
So I am stuck with a pile of clothes I will never wear - you will never get ahold of anyone. Just keep that in mind before you order anything from them.

Don't buy! Not Canadian!

I got sucked in thinking this is a Canadian store. They are definitely not.
They are unresponsive, I cannot return the dress, I have sent 10 emails no reply. Its a complete rip off. Their return policy is to ignore you!
Don't buy, run from it!

Total scam

Total scam. Mismarked packaging. Lack of customer service. Save your hard earned money. You buy it, you're stuck with it - no matter what you get.

Scammers

They said I was not home so my item was returned (that is not how that works). I am always home and I have a mail box. So they returned the item and if I can't be reimbursed because it is my fault they couldn't find my address(he excuse changed and BS because every shipping company can find me) if I want to resend it then I have to [ay shipping again. Scam Alert.

Mass produced cheap tack

I ordered their ‘deal of the day’ buy the top for £29 instead of £38 and get the pants free. They claim to have all sorts of qualities including wicking, thermal,beautifying your skin etc…. As They are made from 81% nylon and 18% spandex, they cannot possibly live up to this claim. In short, they are mass produced, cheap inferior products charged at top quality prices. Avoid as they make sure that returns are impossible.

Poor quality & bad client service

I bought 2 sets of their thin thermal underwear. Within one year they start to deteriorate already. Their reaction; this is normal and they offered me a discount for my next purchase. As if I want to buy such a poor quality product again, none of my other clothes already deteriorate withon one year. I would not advise to buy here.

Do not trust - returns are dodgy

The outfits are expensive and do not reflect the price. They arrived crammed into tiny cheap plastic packaging with no tags or invoice.
When I tried to return I had to return the items to Portugal (even though they have a distribution warehouse in the UK.)
I was told at the Post Office there is no way to track items to this address/ Portugal so I didn’t feel comfortable returning the items.
The bank helped and in the end they advised I send the items to them - so I triple checked the address and sent it (at a cost of £14.75 which you have to pay and will not be reimbursed for.)

This process has taken from late June to posting early September - and the company kept saying ‘yes please return and we will honour the refund.’ So I did.

They said once they received the items they would pay me the return money. The item has just been returned to me about a month after sending it with a sticker on it saying ‘Não reclamado.’

If you like your items I’m sure it’s fine but you won’t get your money back if you’d like to return.

I have evidence of the items, email exchanges and returned package.
