I love all the information provided on the website - great pictures, particularly showing each item worn, and detailed spec on the diamonds. I narrowed my search online then went to the store at Grays in-person. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy; I came away delighted with my new (to me!) diamond ring.

I recently bought a beautiful pearl necklace from Charlotte Sayers. They kept me informed every step of the way and order arrived next day as promised. Their customer service is just excellent and then they went one step further; When the presentation box that the necklace came in wasn't quite right they were very understanding and without question sent a replacement the following day at their expense! I bought an amazing mourning pendant from Charlotte Sayers back in 2020; really a once-in-a-lifetime piece. Recently, I decided it was time to buy a pair of long Georgian earrings, which I've wanted for the last 25 years. I guess I must have had some good karma going because when I went to the Charlotte Sayers site (a thrill to peruse, it's so well curated), there was the most beautiful pair I've ever seen. We communicated by email and phone for about a week, with me asking questions about the earrings, since I am in NYC, and discussing the price (quite reasonable given the market for these rare pieces) and return policy (just in case). I bought them, received them in a day, and they are GLORIOUS. Charlotte and Georgia were both so patient the process was a pleasure. I treasure both of my purchases from Charlotte Sayers.
