I ordered a pair of earrings from the other side of the world for my mum's birthday and Charlotte and her team managed to get it delivered on time despite the tight deadline. They even kept an eye on the parcel and followed up with Fedex when there was a delay with customs. Their email responses were very quick and the pear earrings were beautiful and as exactly as described.

When inquired about some gorgeous earrings I found on their website they were quick to answer and efficient. They were helpful and professional and in the end I got some beautiful earrings.

Purchased an antique Edwardian cluster ring. Received email confirmation and message stating shipment timeline more or less immediately. International shipment (UK->US) was received quickly thereafter. Goods as described.

Charlotte answered all my questions and was extremely helpful with additional photos/videos when I was still shopping. Once I purchased, there was a bit of a holdup with US customs, but she was highly responsive to all the gov't requests and helped me get my ring as soon as could be done.
