This so called Boutique does not exist in Melbourne. It advertises top quality designs which appear in a "owner is retiring" sale at discounted prices. It is an online platform appearing on Facebook, along with very many similar outlets. The clothing comes from a warehouse in China. It is a cheap, ill-fitting synthetic garment which fails in its attempt to replicate the garments from the sophisticated fashion they advertise. Providing them with comparative photos of the knock offs -v- the advertised product is a waste of time, because they claim "they are proud of, and standby their product". I have negotiated a refund but despite arguing, must return the product by track and trace to China at my expense. You will (or perhaps will not) get your payment returned to your credit card, when the item is received at their warehouse. First time online shopping for clothes .... Never again! There are many fraudulent sites operating through Facebook, both eithin Nz And Australia, all with similar stories about retirement, or a long time family business etc. It is a big lesson to be very cautious. It is hard to tell who is reputable and who is not! I am one month in to dealing with them, and am now busily posting warnings on line.
