Bracelet came without any errors and within 2 weeks, with shipping updates. Some of the high-detail charms are difficult to make out, so keep that in mind. If you don't buy the tool for 10 bucks there's a tutorial on youtube with a fork that saved my life!

The charms were lovely
The charms were lovely, look and feel to be good quality. I’m happy that they were only $3-$6 each and I got the free bracelet included. It made it very affordable to get lots of charms. I just wish there were more available in the gold as some of the ones Iiked were only in the silver. Postage took 2-3 weeks so not too bad, and they arrived well packaged in good condition.

The charms look awesome, and once you learn how to chain them together, the end result looks beautiful. There was an issue with a charm I ordered that was missing from my package by mistake, but Evan from the Customer Service Team was super helpful in processing a refund for the charm ☺️

Love the charms I ordered. I expected them to be cheap looking but they look very legitimate and shine nicely. Compared to other Italian charm bracelets I bought in the past, I must say these are easy to assemble with little to no effort. I only had issues with shipping. It took long, and some of the updates on its travel were wrong which made me nervous that it was shipping to the wrong place,but customer support was very helpful. Will purchase from here again!
