I do love my bracelets and they customer service is beautiful they respond within a day and apologize for the inconvenience and took great care of me now the reason I gave 4 stars is because it is advertised non tarnished but some of my charms has tarnished and so that’s why I gave 4 stars and again customer service handled my complaint with gratitude at the end of the day I love my bracelets !!💗💗💗

I love Charmette. There are so many beautiful charms to choose from and create your own story. Plus the quality and price is awesome.

First of all I love the charms and the bracelet. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t figure out how to put the charms on the bracelet. I looked at YouTube video but still could not figure it out. I hope and pray that I figure it out. Would hate to not be able to wear my bracelet.

The charms are beautiful and look even better in person than the pictures online. I would definitely order again

omg i love love love my charms!! charmette has sooooo many to choose from & then you get a free bracelet when you purchase a certain amount of charms & it came fairly quick. i wear my bracelets every single day & i have gotten so many compliments! will definitely be coming back to buy more! <3

The bracelets are cute and all but the AD says no pinching which isn’t true at all, when you put it on it pinches. I only had my bracelets for a few days now and the dangling charms came off. I would say it’s easy to put back on but you gotta close it back tight because it will come off again.

i bought 10 charms and recieved double of 2 and didn't receive one. contacted support they said they'd send a replacement. the replacement gets here and it's a different charm that i also already have. i sent pictures and everything they new which charm i was missing, i understand people make mistakes but.. never recieved it. other then that the quality is good.

The charms are SO FREAKING CUTE! Easy to clip together and they don’t pull my hair which is amazing. There’s so many choiches so i feel like everyone can find their perfect bracelet, this is now my favourite and most precious piece of jewelry <3

arrived pretty fast! individually wrapped charms that are beautiful, shiny, and the perfect size. you do need about 17-20 charms to finish a complete bracelet, but sooo worth it! i love it!!

Fun bracelet, I enjoy the charms. A little disappointed that it didn’t come with a tool to help add and remove links. I had had to purchase one separately on Amazon

I addressed a problem that I wasn’t aware of because this was my very first time purchasing this bracelet.. I was very excited for my package to arrive but to my surprise, I had to try and put the pieces together without the tool that I thought came with the bracelet… But I just wanted to reach out to Charmette to thank them for fixing the issue and I will be making more purchases in the near future…Thank You
