I was very disappointed to find out…

I was very disappointed to find out that I had to buy the tool separately in order to be able to put the pieces together on my charm bracelet aside from that I love my bracelet.

They pinch so bad

They pinch so bad. It’s not even worth it. The ad I saw on Facebook, said it didn’t pinch.

In most cases, pinching happens when the bracelet is a bit too tight. Adding 1–2 extra links usually resolves it and makes it sit comfortably on the wrist.

Forgot my charm

You guys took forever just to deliver my bracelet and charms AND you didn't even include the paw print charm I paid over $2 for! I don't want a stupid coupon for $5 for two charms or an extra 20% off my next order. I'm never ordering from you again. Send me my charm.
