I received my charms. I ordered alot of charms. 1 of the charms is messed up. The artwork on it has a big white line going through the middle. Overall, I am happy with what I received. They arrived faster than I expected.

A Perfect little bracelet!
I ordered my bracelet for my birthday as a little gift to myself, and it came right before my California trip. It was absolutely perfect! The charms look exactly how they were pictured and are so adorable! I'm looking forward to buying more! :))

The're are so many fo choose from! My charms are all well made except for the cheeta One that was a Little bit faded.
The shipment took 15 days from china to Italy and I was Always tracking It.
I already used my bracelet in water and sweat and nothing changed, the quality of the stainless steel Is very high

I love most of my charms by some of them were so poorly made I can’t use them. I also ordered and paid for the tool that you use to put the charms on with but it wasn’t included In my package. That was the most disappointing thing.

false advertising re: quality
The charms received don’t look like the quality that’s advertised on the website. Most charms have crooked designs, the letters are painted on in gold (and out of the lines) and charms advertised with gems (Gem Star) don’t even have gems. They’re just painted on with coloured dots… they look OK, but I’m not impressed with my purchase and won’t be buying any more.
