I have bought both a necklace for my son and a bracelet for my husband. Both were gorgeous and each one was unique and beautifully crafted.

This site is very user friendly. I was sent update emails all along the way while my design was in progress. The design itself was beautiful. It was such a unique piece to give as a gift. My daughter loved it. I highly recommend this company

I had seen these charms last year but missed the order window to get it to my wife for mother's day. This year, I didn't want to miss it and got our order submitted in time. Our design has our 4 children's first initial woven into it and it turned out great! The timing was perfect on the charm and necklace.

The process was simple, the design was made quickly, but clearly a lot of thought went into it. The entire process was smooth and I was updated the whole way. The outcome was amazing, my son loved our Initial necklaces so much. Would definitely use this again, and highly recommend. (Also it was a great value for such amazing pieces!)

I am very pleased with the final design. The initial design was just ok but when I asked for revisions to make it better for my wife, they nailed it and delivered in a timely manner. Totally worth it.

I ordered this as a special Mothers Day gift and the process was so smooth. Knowing the piece was custom, the figured it would take a while to design and produce. It was around 3 weeks from order to delivery. My wife loves the charm and wears it almost exclusively. Thank you for creating a memorable gift that we will cherish for a long time.

I wanted a piece of jewellery that reflected my family, after submitting my choices I was kept up to date with each stage. When the necklace and bracelet arrived I was extremely pleased with the result. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

elissa designed 2 necklaces for me . I likes the one as soon as she designed it. i didn’t really like the design of the other one . I asked her if she could send me an alternative design. She did very quickly and I loved it! They will not finalize any designs without your approval! My mother in law cried when I gave hers for Mother’s Day.

Got a necklace as a Mother’s Day gift. The process of submitting the letters, getting a design for review, then it being made, and finally shipped, obviously took a couple of days but I was very impressed with how fast it all moved. When my wife opened up this Mother’s Day gift she was very impressed and it was incorporated into her outfit the next day. 👍👍
