To give this customer more delivery information, we posted the order on Tuesday 6 April via Royal Mail 48 (second class) which is our free shipping service. There was no postal collection on Monday 5 April as it was a Bank Holiday. Royal Mail quotes 2 to 3 working days for their 48 service but they don’t guarantee these delivery times. Once we have posted orders we unfortunately have no control over the length of time that Royal Mail will take to deliver.
We are sorry Royal Mail took four days to deliver this charm, but we are delighted this customer is happy with her Dragonfly charm.
Customer service second to none.
I placed an order on Good Friday and didn't expect anything for at least a week but the order was processed immediately and arrived Tuesday morning.
Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect, I informed charm school UK and received a friendly and prompt reply and a replacement was posted out immediately. Their customer service is second to none and the quality of the charms is lovely.

I lost my previous Schnauzer charm and due to the fact my own dog had recently died I wanted it replaced very quickly. Charm school had just what I wanted at a great price. My charm was sent really quickly Can't thank them enough for my beautiful item
